I am completely beaming because of the time that’s been spent here with you all! Have adored Don Miguel’s books/wisdom for 15 years or so now for the shift in consciousness and new way of looking at all things that he offers! Really resonate with the ritual Don Jose presented at the end! I will be getting his book on spirit animals! Can’t wait! I feel he has much joy and wisdom to offer us all as well!
I so so so needed this today. I have always loved "The Four Agreements", and hearing these men speak about a way to perceive life, is so comforting and nurturing. I am ready to take another deep breath and dive in.
I can't express enough how much I needed to hear that I need to love myself the way I am.

My dad always said to me I lived my life with no regrets as I sat with him for his passing and those words have been with me ever since changed me forever. wow i totally went thru same experience watched my dad pass away in home right in front of me and it was beautiful as he wanted it. he requested that i do not cry or mope around after he’s gone bc our loved ones are never really gone. just go some place of the unknown. spirit and intent first then life and to live be alive.

Thanks to Aaron Rodgers I read The Four Agreements and The Mastery of Love. They were a big part of the spiritual awakening I began over a year ago now. Michael Jackson was a beautiful soul, such a genius. Aubrey I lived at 169 and 69 for years on a 33 acre ranch surrounded only by nature and the beautiful animals. Many times I would not see a human for months. I was reading all the books at the time many years ago and I first became aware of The Four Agreements at the Crystal Castle! I love dragons and was buying a poster and there was a little book on the counter and I just looked at it and said to add it to my purchase. What an amazing journey we are on!

Ok. YES. WOW!!! Just simply, WOW!!! And I am only 20 minutes and 32 seconds into this but wow! I’m finding that it’s best if I pause and just let their words fully soak-in, let their words settle all the way down into my heart! Each of them, just magnificent in the way that they can paint a picture of these everyday situations from a different angle and in slightly different shades of color and they can tone out the darker shades (we humans tend to add, unconsciously) -and their words go back in and remind us to scale more light to the picture and brightness, lightness back into the moment - before we emerge again from the water to take in our next breath, and with knowing choose to reconsider it all in a more loving, more gentle less condemning frame of mind, honoring the gift we have been given which is the ability to change our current perspective or to even create a brand new one with which to go forward wearing! They are indeed masters of creation! So, i am allowing myself time to mull over the words they employ in the creation of new perspectives - before I let the interview simply march on - because I know there will be more pearls of wisdom, here, but I want to fully enjoy each one, in it’s own right before moving on…. Thank you so much for this, I needed this, Aubrey!!!

I think you're right about playfulness. And a weird thing or at least weird to me, was I don't only love myself I brought the love in quite quick by slightly flirting with myself. Which I find really really funny but it worked. Now the only thing is to take down what comes off as arrogance a little bit and let my true humbleness shine through
