There are a bunch of drill stuff that samples classcal musik. I think the reason people dont produce these kinds of tracks are because 1, a lot of beat "producers" dont understand classical music theory enough to make original classical beats and 2 it just feels lame to just take a classical piece and slap on a trap beat

She recreated some dresses from the time and historical sewing youtuber's channels are a goldmine in general since they actually have to study the clothing in order to recreate it. Will give you some starting points from where you can search on and you can use the videos once again when you need to see details
