If i was there i would mimic diablo's the butcher and and say "ahhhh fresh meat!"
I'd try everything but the Nutria.
I draw the line at rodents unless it's an apocalypse.
Where is the episodes of the Baker? I always want to watch the Butcher on history channel.
Love this
Someone please show this vid to a Vegan
Taste amazing
I'm a fan already
I wonder what the people in PETA have to say about this show??
Oh, I KNOW what they say...and I am laughing my tailfeathers off!!
Vegans having a seizure watching this
RudBoi im vegan and i don’t have a problem with it
J. LOWK ey *respect*
Im not even a vegan and I think this is stupid
Hilikus eating wild animals is completely different from then farmed cloned animals
Most vegans secretly eat meat.
Larry the BUTCHER
I'm cool with any animal being killed and eaten except dogs, cats and snakes.
In a survival situation snake is one thing, but snakes are awesome.
You should also cook balls of bull. Highly recommended 🤙
bull balls yes but better to call them rocky mountain oysters
No way I’ll eat that 🤢
This isnt history🤔
I Agree.
Actually, it is. Remember the book, The Jungle? The huge cleavers they use in the first episode are straight from the Chicago Stockyard slaughterhouses in the early 1900's, and ALL of the more exotic meats are ones people have survived on for hundreds of years (ok, put together).
The butcher--the actual, 'take a full animal and make it meat' type--is almost an endangered species thanks to the modern slaughter plants and their methods. Those methods aren't bad, but they aren't giving us folks who can actually break down a whole animal. The farm slaughter folks, the butchers who work on those carcasses, those are the butchers this show focuses on, apparently, and I like that!
You should eat human meet
Have you tried? 😂
Ick. I can't think of anything less healthy.
this is like something out of the Texas chainsaw massacre
Not really...
Wtf am I watching ...
Oh wait ... mystery meat🤯🤢
I'll stick with Bison
ELK
Deer
Antelope
Bear
You can keep the bear, but the rest I'll help on :) Oh, and add domestic rabbit to that....
But how is this history? Go back to the 90s please where you did those dry but interesting documentaries.
I agree. The history channel is not any more like used to be.
@Freak In Disguise Just someone who likes history.
Apparently some of the challenges are historically grounded based on what different butchers had to work with through history. After all, modern meat grinders and electric saws weren’t always available. But for the most part I think this show is more about expanding culturally on what different people considered food meat.
No. I don't care if that thing is edible. I am not eating rats. Not even field rats.
Do vegans watch this show? 😂
Yes..
wilhelmschumann well it wouldn’t be very vegan of them considering they are pay for the “inhumane suffering of an animal” by their viewership. Lol.
Yum,🐀
I just learnt that Northamericans call the coipo, nutria!! Nutria is the spanish word for otters, so someone fcked up along the line of translations. Coipo (Myocastor coipus) is nothing else than a south american relative to beavers, a rodent, not a mustelid!!
Isn't it good to eat everyone? 😋
[ vegans disliked that ]
WHOEVER MANAGES HISTORY CHANNEL DELETE IT.
🤔
CLEAN UP IN AISLE 12! (I just threw up)
Hurt them
Better yet who eats shark fin soup Chinese?? Let's go around in a van pluck one off the st .then take only 3 segments of spine and thow them back out in the st
Everything tastes like chicken
I know. And it's silly; our typical chicken doesn't taste like ANY of them. Rabbit is only similar in color; it has a flavor all its own but can be used LIKE chicken as long as you pay attention to moisture and temperature.
im turning vigan 😖😖😖😖😖
@Freak In Disguise im a filipino. 😊
As long as you aren’t Vegan, I guess that’s fine lol.
ছি!! দেখলেই বমি আসতে চাই .....
History chanel ??????
Lmao
🤮🤢🤮
1 vegan joke coming up now... Stop scrolling, you are going nowhere.
Now cook human meat ie make 🥓
I see humans but no humanity
I would assume the animals are humanely killed since this show is filmed in America and we have laws about that kind of thing...
Additionally this show is about utilizing as much of an animal as you possibly can for consumption which is highly respectful for the animal and should be the aim of all butchers. This is actually a really good show since it can broaden what kind of cuts and what kinds of animals people can eat and thus let us utilize them more effectively, reducing needless slaughter.
This is the most humane show on television!
@@kimmiewise1044 Well said.
loll
I don’t know how anyone can eat meat. It’s sad.
Yes bug you was right.
Because we need it to live????
kimmie Wise no we don’t.
Agarith keyboard warrior 🤣
Because it tastes good; we all need protein, and we all have the CHOICE of whether or not to eat it (for the most part). Being vegan is a luxury not everyone has. I know I can't afford it, but I CAN raise my own meat, slaughter it humanely and live on that for months.
Disgusting.
