Exactly what McGuire did "claiming executive privilege" is not legal. An official whistle blower complaint is not to be turned over to the white house nor even the DOJ! Especially if the complaint is about those very same people in those depts! Of course they are going to tell you to not "give it to congress" and so McGuire did not turn it over to congress "within 7 days".. what he did was WRONG and I think he KNOWS IT!
