A lot of people like Haley... but as a teacher in SC I remember well how bad she was for Teachers here and State workers in general. Under her education wasn't just cut to the bone... it was cut into the bone and is still suffering under her replacement.

@Dan Wruck Please go volunteer in a public school. There's no time nor enough organization for indoctrinating anyone. Hopefully you get to teach the basics and maybe teach kids to think and learn Independently for life as a bonus. With your short response it seems (maybe I'm wrong) that you agree that decimating budgets for schools is good because having a poorly educated populace that just believes what they're told is better than being able to fact check & think about it. There are those in politics that do believe in just teaching trades and then keeping people working enough to get by... but no time to improve nor to question. But to grow our economy we need a variety of educational options... technical, science, arts, etc. because we have a wide variety of people with different interests, talents, and ambitions.

The author of A WARNING worked at the WH at the time the book was written. Kelly left in January of this year. Factoring in writing, editing, and publishing times, it is plausible. Anonymous strikes me as a person that prides themselves on "doing the right thing" and comes across as someone that at the very least, considers themselves powerless, hence the anonymity. Looking at the excerpts that have been released, it is pretty clear that it is one of the Generals. The loaded military terminology is a dead giveaway. The other thing I noticed, is the author talks about having to deal with all the moving parts of the WH including the concerns of WH Aides. Waking up in a sweat because of what the next tweet will bring for chaos, sounds like the job of a Chief of Staff. That points to John Kelly, COS. Look at every picture of Kelly on the job, head in hand in frustration, and it screams the guy that has to deal with the BS.
Trump was elected, not Kelly. Therefore, Kelly works at the pleasure and according to the agenda of the President because that's what we voted for. The media would be screaming insubordination if this had been a Democrat president being undermined.
