I am a practicing Christian and our Lord did not teach us to treat the poor the way Republicans do to and with them.

Church people and rich people usually agree in almost everything - at least in public, while rich people aren't following anything related to religiosity - and they are always preaching to the poor to vote for them - with success: leftwing votes come from the middle class, working class is majoritarily rightwing.

We've finally started getting on top of the transition from fossil fuels. Having the world's biggest energy consumer abandon renewables would impact the whole world.

The reason being most concerts are paid events without an ability to see it outside of the live performance. Whereas the political speech is typically televised and free to view live, making it less special to be there physically and easier to access from anywhere.

His mic was live...He wasn't lip syncing...he sang along with a prerecorded track purposely either to be able to execute the vocal trade off technique that was part of the melodic structure of the song, simply add vocal depth, or both...that was obvious...it's something you might do if you're singing a song that has 2 singing parts at times, but you're only one person or performing by yourself...he didn't neccesarily need to do it...and it's something that's frowned upon at real concerts, but in this situation, it was a calculated decision based on the song...his performance was real, despite the backing track
