In today's lesson, we are going to advance with some slow striding, a move that originated on Ohio soil. This Slow Stride that I am showing you is the Ohio stride with a twist of RoC's World swagger This video will stretch your skills in around the rink movement.
In my tutorials, it's all about body mechanics when it comes down to making a move easier to execute. In this video, I will show and tell you how to use proper body mechanics and I hope you enjoy!

Thank you for being so clear on how to do these steps. I watch many videos on roller skating, many show you the step but do not go in depth to explain balance, and go over the steps with where to put the weight, etc (and can leave one frustrated) . Appreciate your video! Cant wait to see more...

Woohoo I’ve finally nailed down this trick. It took a lot longer than others and as always it’s a brilliant tutorial. Just in case it does help others I did find that if you put more emphasis on the little step the back foot makes just before you swing the front foot around. This legend has it sooo smooth you can barley see it. Do snake walk both ways and trick falls into place. Thanks for another trick! 🙏

Lol they are all Roller Bones but that one in the back, that’s actually an Artistic wheel
They’re similar though, 58mm and a 101 hardness
You know when y’all skate in a single line group and the person in front is holding on doing they thing. Can you do something on that or the transition from back to front without losing speed. I been trying to go back to front to back but I keep tripping myself up.
