It would be nice to give the price at the time of filming, so the viewers would at least have a ballpark figure, we all understand that prices change some.

I don’t even like townhomes or open floor plans, but #4 is my favorite. Put the master closet from #3 in there and it would be perfect!

Can one choose to get a gas range if they don’t want electric stove? I believed all home owners should have options for gas range.

The prices and market changes, you can look up the builders to get an idea of the current pricing. The prices are not the same from when I filmed a year ago.
Where's townhouse 3 located with the nice entryway? Who's the builder and what's the floor plan?
It’s a private builder. I don’t know much about the company. I think it’s a company named NLA
