Price should be lowered it's not on water, not Miami, not walkable to bakery and coffee in the am but very very interesting!
U buy the house only for the rooftop Deck, brand new construction and natural lighting. It’s About $250k over priced minimum. Spend 3/4ths of a million dollars to be that close to neighbors and having limited space for parking to entertain. Definitely bringing California prices to Texas.
its a damn towne house, its suppose to be attached to another house, its priced according to today's market (price could either go up or down). If you want more space and less neighbors, buy a detached house in the sticks..
Exactly, the housing and apartment prices are absolutely ridiculous. Texans are not used to these insane prices. It sucks that everybody is moving here.
I absolutely said the same thing, it's going to back fire,people in LA couldn't afford to stay in LA and enjoy life not just pay mortgage...down south folks don't spend like that because we know that price tag needs water, land , animals.. needs be lowered for sure.. entertainment would be limited and we are business owners, must be option but beautiful spot though!

Dallas is becoming a modern cosmopolitan city with new construction.. You really can't expect housing prices to remain stagnant as if it were 2010. Its a modern tri level townhouse and that $700k price reflects new construction, build quality, location and current market value at the time. Same house would be far cheaper in say Corpus Christi or far more expensive if it were in Santa Monica California..

So who pays for the gate if it needs repairs or replacement? What about the maintenance of that huge driveway? So, your next door neighbor can totally redesign the outside of their unit without approval and make it a vacational rental if they want?
These are nice AF town houses but I would pass because there is no funding or rules for the houses.. I certainly wouldn't want my neighbor literally right next to me having a car repair garage in his house.

Perfect for dogs! NO! Don't think so. That is the problem with so many townhomes, condos, apartments, etc... Too many loud annoying gross and smelly dogs barking all over the place and pooping and peeing all over the place. If you want dogs, go have dogs on your own land, far away from people like me who can't stand them. It's also rude and inconsiderate to your neighbors.
Well, since you hate dogs so much, why don't you got buy a house somewhere out in the sticks so you can be all by yourself.. Dogs and cats are here to stay, yes they can be annoying but you have no control over your neighbor(s) having a dog or two.. Geez
