At 19, you have so much to look forward to... Even when times are tough. I'm 37; if I could hit the rewind button, I would have saved more earlier; time is your BFF.
You can certainty get the house you dream of. Remember to ALWAYS pay yourself FIRST. Put that money into a high yield savings account and let the interest work for you. Treat that $ as out of sight, out of mind.
Keep it private too (unknown to others). It's easy to spend someone else's $. Good luck!

This house is a showstopper! They really put a lot of thought into the outdoor living areas. You completely bypass the fact this is a townhome.

By far the best developer (I hope you build homes as well, if not best townhouse developer) in Atlanta, I could watch this video a hundred times and never get tired. For starters the location is a gated community an added security measure. Plenty of room and natural lighting, I loved the light fixtures and the white on white kitchen. 3 huge living rooms and 3 outside decks UNHEARD-OF!!! 2 walk in closets in the master suite, I love the bathroom, separate sinks and a little seatee (not sure if it was part of the decorations, but I loved it) all the rooms were spacious and on opposite ends (added plus) each bathroom had unique features. The second living area had the wet bar space and second deck had the open but covered space, your cozy no matter what the weather. The lower level was a mini house in itself, lots of space, bedroom and access to another huge patio with privacy. The builder did an excellent job on this community. The decorations were inviting and captured the essence of a retreat instead of living quarters. This home is suitable for all types of families from singles to empty nesters. BRAVO!!!!

Before COVID, I was looking into moving to Atlanta from NJ and buying my home. I'll have to keep this saved because your properties are amazing and definitely my style.
I still like separate dwellings without shared walls and HOAs. But this is a nice residence.

Love ❤️ ❤️ this townhome, I love the exterior too, the only thing I would change is the garage I would place it in the back, so once all the cars are parked it wouldn't make the neighborhood look junky. Some people don't park their cars in the garage.
K W, front entry garages are common here but I am starting to see more rear entry garages. However, townhome communities are usually governed by a HOA and there will be restriction on cars being parked on the road. In fact, in some communities, cars will be towed if they are parked on the street, so most residents usually park in their garages or driveway.

Happy November! This is a winner, hands down. A dream home for a soon-to-be retired empty- or near-empty-nester. Love the double Master closets. It has so much space to entertain in and out. Plusses are that it is low-maintenance and has a gorgeous view in the back. One more, the elevator that reaches all levels, Would love to jump on it if I could:)

Wow! They checked all the boxes with the layout and design of this townhouse. I have always loved townhomes and high rise living. My only dislike of this townhome is the tile in the secondary bathrooms. Other than that this checks all the boxes and can we talk about the patio areas upstairs and downstairs...😍

Wow! This home is perfect. I love how each closet has a window for natural lighting ❤️. The only downside is the cars parked on the side of the street it just seems crowded and junky...
Those cars belong to the construction crew and are only there temporarily.
