I love the Haaland assist. There were two defenders trying to block his shot, which made big space for Bernardo to score the goal. Haaland sent two defenders sliding to the shadowrealm with that unexpected cross😂

Alvarez is getting better and better in each game. He’s a World Cup winner and one of the top scorers for a reason. He always seems like he’s ready for the big teams.

Alvarez is a world class striker, coming to city was a big mistake. If he was at Arsenal he would have been the second best goal scorer instead of Kane now.

So imagine if Alvarez was playing alongside wit Haaland in the starting 11… idk what would happen but probably Bayern would be punished hard.
What amazed me about this game is how Pep did not play a natural fullback. Ake is naturally a CB played as LB and Akanji played as RB when City had the ball. In this game, John stones became a Cdm when City had the ball and then without the ball, he became a CB with City reverting back to a back 4 out of possession.
Pep played Bayern without a natural fullback and won the game in breathtaking fashion.
Pep is truly the GOAT Manager in my eyes.
Ruben Dias deserves some credit. so does John Stones who played in a new position but still was outstanding

gundo was unseen (like usually) so i even dont have nothing special to comment abaout him.
Akanaji was playing good (but remember he lose from radar Sane few times and most dangerous Bayern attack was from his side)
