@@AdamFloro Uhh.. that's not a thing. Salt, even when it's kosher, comes in all kinds of shapes and sizes. Also, it tends to dissolve in the food. Shape does not have an impact on quantity. Most food takes a fair amount of salt but some food doesn't need any.

There is no humane way to kill a lobster because they have no pain receptors. Also, killing them before putting them in the water isn't as fresh. I'm pretty sure it even ruins that part of the lobster.
