@@ChicoTheMan69 r&b literally means rhythm and blues. You can hear some jazz sounds in some artists (like an erykah badu) but that is not the norm. You’re not gonna be hearing jazz instrumentation in a Chris brown album

Great song! I'm a veteran with ptsd and sometimes she forgets and we have some bitter exchange of words. Then I put this on and listen quietly and remember that's my high school sweetheart. Thanks Sade you're the best!😁💯

As a singer I must say: to get this absolutely fantastic sound and beautiful chemistry you must have an engineer who knows music WELL!!!!! This is pure mastery at its finest….
I immediately fell in love with this song the first time that I heard it. I played it that evening on repeat. Sade’s hauntingly beautiful voice accompanied by the delicate jazz instrumentation drew me in. It is one of her best tunes, but did not receive sufficient airplay at the time as there were so many other hits on this album. Sade remains a gorgeous vocal seductress.🎶❤️🎶

She grew up in the UK, Essex, & went to art college in London, and lived in Africa until age 4. Her father’s an Economics professor, studied at the London School of Economics, and her mother was a nurse. So there is this inherent unexplainable complexity to Sade that you get when you hear her & the band.
