I don’t care if anyone reads this, but I can’t tell anyone in my real life so whatever. I tried to kill myself two weeks ago and ever since I got out of the hospital and scary psyc ward, it’s gotten so bad. I’ve been cutting nonstop and lying saying I feel better when nothing feels good. I’m barely able to sleep. But these videos help me so much. I don’t mean to trigger anyone with what I’ve said but these gentle videos have calmed me down and put me to sleep and I’m so grateful for that. I don’t have much else to say but thanks. UPDATE: Was just productive and got my prescription for my depression and even went walking w/ my dogs 🐶
That's awesome that you can find relief with these videos! I'm really sorry about what you've been going through, as I have dealt with depression before as well. The feeling of being trapped in bad situations and thoughts is terrible and I can completely relate to that. However, what I always found to be the key to dealing with these situations is courage. Of course I don't know your situation but things immediately become better once you have other people involved, and opening up to people you feel comfortable with. Let your true emotions be the root of your redemption, not your grief. I wish you the best of luck in dealing with this.

I'm so sorry this has happened to you. Its Been a daunting year this year and a LOT of bad things have happened But im not allowed to talk about most of it because of family reasons but i can say 2. Early this year my BFF's house was surrounded by flames from the Bush fires that were near her home, luckily the fire brigade smothered the flames with water, it only damaged trees and burnt her dogs hair but the dog is ok. Her cat ran away but was returned 2 days later. The house was lucky it didn't burn down. Yesterday my mums car was towed away in melbourne (city in Vic australia) and we had to pay a $135 fine and to get our car we had to pay $458 But we were already broke before that :( mum couldn't even afford to get Ice Cream -_- but there are a lot more worse things that have happened this year those two are a smudge of all the bad things that have happened. I HOPE YOU FULLY RECOVER AFTER WHAT HAS HAPPENED!!! Feel Better Soon!! 😊😊😊 I have said "happened" a lot in this speech thing.😂😂😊 im sorry if this is pathetic af

You should do a role play where you’re with your friend at the library studying for finals. Good for almost inaudible whispering/ just soft soft talking, Book sounds, writing sounds, tapping, tracing, mouth clicking sounds, typing too. You could give your friend (the viewer) a study break by like brushing their hair or doing their makeup because they’ve been at the library all day studying and they need a break. You could bring in some stress toys too.

I listen to no talking asmr while I’m doing homework too, it really helps me with my anxiety and just not stressing over the work in general.😅

I'm coming back to this video because this was my first ASMR video I've ever watched and Gibi was my introduction to the world of ASMR. Four years later and I still watch her videos every night. Not every video she does is what I like but I'm glad she has such a wide range of content and such a big community! Definitely the top content creator for me personally. I hope she never quits! You should do a role play where you’re with your friend at the library studying for finals. Good for almost inaudible whispering/ just soft soft talking, Book sounds, writing sounds, tapping, tracing, mouth clicking sounds, typing too. You could give your friend (the viewer) a study break by like brushing their hair or doing their makeup because they’ve been at the library all day studying and they need a break. You could bring in some stress toys too.
