Try white noise or a fan on when you sleep it helps. I completely understand too. If you keep yourself distracted during the day you will hardly notice it like work, watching tv so on.

I literally only watch Gibi and ting ting asmr... They're my favorite. I've tried other ASMArtists and it's just not the same lol
Does anyone else have this experience: some triggers are more tingly in a specific ear, for example tapping and brighter sounds are more tingly when it’s in my left ear but brushing and more bassy sounds are more tingly in my right ear? Idk if I’m just weird or if other people are experiencing this too
RedDead_Sped 669 doesnt seem too weird to me, since you use different sides of the brain for certain activities, like the left side is responsible for mathematics and such. So different responses for your ears dont seem off to me

I just bought a pillow that is meant for napping at a desk. It has a hole for breathing. I sleep on it and put my ear just over the hole, no more ear bud pain!!
