    Here we're going to go through each of the important hormones and I'm going to teach you these five must know items for each hormone:
    1.). Cell and Organ of Origin
    2.). Triggers for Release
    3.). Inhibitors of Release
    4.). Target Cells and Organs
    5.). Response
