You can achieve a walk or fly through effect for text by using motion tracking. This involves tracking a specific point in your video to which you want the text to be attached. After that, you can add the text and link it to this tracked path: www.videosoftdev.com/motion-tracking-tutorial
Regarding your second question, we'd like to clarify that VSDC does not currently support 3D mode
