      No company needs to worry about anything if they tell the truth, play by the rules/laws. There are plenty of people who lost money/victims. It will only happen to crooks. One part of this was that Deutsche Bank was threatened by Trump with legal action over their $49million loan. They had to write off the debt. And Trump turned it into another fraud, a phantom loan. Some have said no-one lost money. That's a LIE !! Moreover Trump has been using the Legal system to rip off dozens of people in NY for decades.
      A quick look at Fred Trumps practices show nothing's changed in 70 years of Trump world, In "1954, President Dwight D. Eisenhower and other federal leaders began denouncing real-estate profiteers", very similar to this verdict.

    In 1983, my mother gave her boyfriend (who was black) a check for $200, written out to his name, so he could get money from her account to take me shopping for a prom dress because she had to work and couldn't do it. I rode with him to her bank's drive through where he tried to withdraw the money. This was in a rural farm community without any diversity. The cashier, white like I was, refused to give him the money. He had his ID, and I was in the car to explain and verify who I was and who my mother was. But they refused to honor the check. I was very angry but he told me to calm down and just let it go and we then went into the city and to his bank where we got the check cashed in the drive through without any trouble. He said even if there happened to be trouble with the check at his bank, he had the cash to take care of paying for my dress, so not to worry. I'll never forget that. I was so angry and shocked! We were taught about racism and civil rights in school. But that day, when I was 17, I had my first personal experience that rascism was alive and well in my day and in my community and that it effected my own family. Mr. Willis's testimony made perfect sense to me. He struck me as a very wise man who loved his daughter enough to empower her with the strength and wisdom to be a survivor.

My family is white, but I think it’s not only just a Black thing, it’s also people from a certain generation, especially if you grew up during the Depression. People were worried that the banks were going to go under and always wanted to be prepared just in case that happened. My family is also Armenian and my great grandparents had to flee from the genocide in the early part of the 1900’s. They came to the United States with barely the clothes on their backs. It’s sickening how the defense attorneys are trying to infer Fani Willis keeping cash in her house that it must be for illegal purposes. They’ll use a person who worked their entire life to become a woman of integrity destroy it simply because they want to get Trump’s criminal charges dropped.

    The thing that neither side seems to want to admit...
    Ok, yes... she stepped in it. When you're a professional, you _DON'T_ date your subordinates. And ESPECIALLY not when you're both working on a very, VERY high profile case together.
    Did she make a mistake? Undoubtedly. But the real question is;
    DOES IT EFFECT THE CASE???
    Well... it certainly _SHOUDN'T._
    If you think it effects the case, then ask yourself this;
    Does her 'improper' relationship change ANY of the facts of the case?
    Does her use of money (be them campaign funds or money paid to a significant other) change the number of votes that Trump demanded that Brad "Find" for him?
    Do ANY of _her_ answers about these questions make Trump any MORE or LESS guilty or attempting to steal the election for himself in Georgia???
    At the end of the day, she should have known better, ESPECIALLY while trying a particularly high profile case (arguably, the largest case of her career) like this one. But her actions don't change ANY of the facts at hand. Trump committed some *_VERY_* serious crimes in Georgia, and deserves to have the book thrown at him for it, since it's looking more and more like Georgia is going to be the ONLY state to hold Trump accountable for his crime of trying to disenfranchise more than half of the country.
    The people who are hammering away on this story talking about how she broke "the rules" aren't arguing that Trump is innocent, or that he didn't do the things he's being charged with... just that she did something wrong.
    As they always say... When the facts are on your side, pound the facts. When the law is on your side, pound the law. And when neither are on your side, pound the table.
    Trump is guilty, this is all just a distraction at this point. If she is to be punished, then fine... but it has NO BEARING on the actual case.

      Fani Willis was enjoying reparations from hiring her still married boyfriend Nathan Wade. There is no money trail whatsoever leading to any payback for trips, cruises, air fare, nothing. Because there wasn't any payback. That's illegal. Fani Willis is a terrible lier too. I can see straight through her. Let's not forget that Fani Willis took a secret meeting with Joe and his Team before filing her indictment. She even took her married boyfriend Nathan Wade with her so he could meet the president of the United States and he billed the meeting!!!!? SCANDALOUS!

    Having seen her father now and listened to him talk I can see how she grew up to be the woman that she is and the person that saw an injustice and is not going to let Donald Trump get away with what he's doing

    I think Gov Roy Barnes testimony literally killed the theory of this hearing … Goes to show the truth bears out that she didn’t pick Mr Wade first up … and i agree who would want the job given what Trump does … Nathan Wade is a hero for taking it on, and I reckon Fani should run for president one day … just my humble opinion all the way from Sydney Australia

      Why is it always race based? "A man raised a strong and powerful woman." No he did not. He raised a liar who is now going to be removed from the biggest case of her life that no other prosecutor saw fit to take on. She is an amateur and the world is now laughing at her. Nexxxxt.
