I've heard interviews with several "undecided" voters who criticize Harris for not giving specifics about her policies. What specifics has Trump ever given about anything?! It's like people try to sound smart but end up saying dumb things.
She was appropriately specific for the task at hand. This wasn't a time to go into fine details and bore everyone. Some people will reach for any possible excuse to disapprove of the Dem or of a female politician. Trump's speech went on twice as long with fewer specifics and more lie-filled ramblings.
Like yourself. Trump has made his policies very clear. Kamala has none, and none even posted on her site. ZERO !

Trump has already been president, his policies are the same as his first term and he's talked about them at length: secure the border, bringing energy production back to the US, impose tariffs on china to keep them in check, re imposing the tax cuts to the middle class, no tax on tips (stolen by Kamala), ending the dept of education, leaving abortion up to the states, protecting the 1st and 2nd amendments from democrats who continually chip away at them both
The RNC was mourning the death of something, my guess would be the death of the GOP as true political party. While the DNC was joyful, hopeful and looking forward to a brighter future. 💙 Harris' acceptance speech was a homerun and didn't put anyone to sleep.

Not sure if we're laughing at him. He presents a threat to Europe too, not just his own country, while his endless praising of fascists and Authoritarians is deeply troubling. It's more correct to say that he and his followers are despised across the world, rather than laughed at. The real difference between the DNC and the RNC is that The presidential candidate of the RNC was selected by the people in the primaries. Kamala wasn't even an option in the democratic primaries. She was selected by some sort of small council not by the peoples vote. If I remember correctly in a democracy all people should be included in the selection of the leader not just a few.
I had high expectations for Kamala's speech. She's a good speaker and highly intelligent. But this...this blew me away. She did better than I thought possible. I got actual chills. This was truly an historic speech: one of the very best. Kamala Harris 2024! 💙
