I went to Battersea yesterday and I was like "meh". The power station is definitely not highlighted and I find the new buildings to be quite ugly from the outside. It's a shame architects and city planners have not put anymore thoughts into this. Anyway, for 2.4 millions, I'd cross the bridge and buy in Chelsea. But maybe that's just me.

the space would become too small if walls were put there. Plus I don't really get the current dislike towards open plan. I live in one big space and don't mind it one bit. As for smells, when you use ventilation when cooking it's fine, if it's something too smelly, just open few windows to create and breeze.
