First time I visited Pattaya I got the bus from Ekmai. As soon as you boarded you would see the driver kneeling on the engine cowl making an offering to the Buddha on the dashboard. Once you got on the road you realised why; not only did they drive like the devil but you would pass two or three bus wrecks lying at the side of the road along the way.
I'm not sure currently about electrical vehicles , I don't believe their as green as advertised mainly because they are recharged off the grid, and the electric is not guaranteed to be as green as we'd hope
Mr egg , it’s small steps for Thailand,at least they doing something buddy, it’s the same in U.K. ,just talk and talk and nothing happens, how are things in pattaya right now , the airfares seem to be coming down a little for next year. I have seen air china for just over 520 uk pounds , I am not sure if I am ready for that. , 5555

Yes, I kind of agree. It actually goes to Siracha and is basically not aimed at tourist because everything is in Thai language. It’s really aimed at those people that are working in Siracha

Normal bus bus yesterday took 3 hrs, including a 15 minute refuel stop and at least 4 other stops.😢

The quickest bus is the airport bus to Jomtiem if you don't have to wait too long booking it.

Nobody likes restrictions, but the unfortunate truth is that we are gonna have to try really hard to get the air cleaner for our children.

There is direct AC bus from Ekkamai to North Pattaya bus station for 141 baht. Siracha has amazing Japanese restaurants and karaoke.
