Just got mine on yesterday. Front and Rear XL flaps for Sasquatch. They are well made, and look good, but man, the assembly and install was a huge PITA. This video was definitely helpful. A couple of pointers: The thumb screws come in 2 different lengths and you need the longer ones for the rear (I mixed mine up the first time). Also, don't tighten the rear brackets all the way until you make sure you can get the mud flap on. You may have to adjust it, and you can avoid having to loosen the bolts and re-tighten them again like I did. I'm glad I have these mud flaps. For the price, I think they should come more pre-assembled.

Just put mine on. Was fairly easy aside from my body mount on the back passenger side being off center. Loosened it and popped the mount on. One tip on the front, turn your wheels to help whichever side your working on, at lesst it helped me.

Just installed these. Fit great with no install issues. If you are wanting to keep the road spray off the sides of your door and the actual door handles this is it. Drove home from picking up a new Bronco and there were all ready rock pits on the lower door quarters from the 120 mile drive home. Yeah, they are expensive but so was the new vehicle. Big selling point is they come off easily for trail trips.

Just finished installing mine, I ordered the XL for my Big Bend w/o Sasquatch with 33's . I decided to rotate my tires as well, not necessary but I gave me a bit more room to get at the intrusion bar. The wheel well liner needed to be manipulated a bit but a straight forward install. It comes together nicely. excellent materials solid protection with the option to remove when 4x4ing. two pats and a thumbs up!

I will say to make install on the front easier, remove your fenders and turn the wheel to the far right when installing the front drivers side flap, and the far left when installing the front passenger side flap. That should give you some more room.

Only issue I ran into was 1 flange nut on 2 of the flaps rounded out the inner plastic of the flap…so I could not fully tighten down those 2 screws

Just put on the fronts. Sas pack so I got the XL. Ez enough install , wish the hardware was black to match the flaps. Seem like they should do a good job rock deflecting and they are not cheap plastic like I got from another company.

Something that should have been addressed in this video is the rear bumper spats on Sasquatch. The mud flaps look like a terrible parts store afterthought with the spats under them. Remove the spats and the look is almost factory looking. RB could do a little better job making the mud flap fit better to the bumper once the spat is removed but I still like the spat removed look much better.

Do yourself a favor and pre-install the flap to the bracket on the front and rear, you will save a ton of time. With the rear, don't tighten the wo hex bolts all the way so you can make lateral adjustments then tighten in desired position. Installed the fronts in the dealer lot for the 800 mile trip home in a few minutes. Not a single chip! Did the rears once home. I did a permanent install on both front and rear. I've got a pair on my F-150 Raptor as well- convince me to do the same on the new Bronco.

I need two clips. I put them on backwards and broke them in attempt to remove them. Can I order two replacement clipsAlso the 2023 Badlands with SAS must have some slight modifications because the splash guard and whatever is behind it is protruding out and obstructs placing the bracket on the crash bar mount.
