- How To Unbind Hikvision DVR || Remove Cloud Device That Already Added By Another Account.
If your dvr is already register with cloud account and u don't know that account password u can simply unbind dvr through this process and then add your dvr to new account to access dvr view.

How to remove sharing from admiin in hikvison hvr unless it is not showing the unbind option in hvr
Sab kuch sahi dalne per, jab finish karte hai to incorrect ip address aa raha hai. Unbind nhi ho raha hai.
I'm ready try but the notification show that "Only the device in the same region with the software can be unbound from its account." I'm try to setting and do Other but not working. Please kindly advice.

When i try to unbind my nvr, it says incorrect parameters

@@SagarGaikwadTech this problem has been sovled. but another problem come up with ( the ip address of the device should be in the LAN ) in SADPTOOL . i check the ip address. ip address: 192.168.0.9 (DHCP) gateway : 192.168.0.1 but ipv6 address: fe80::5a03:fbff:fec5:7d4d and IPV6 gateway:fe80::be30:d9ff:fee3:5117
i can not see anything wrong and SADP dont let me Unbind. can you help?
don't do such a difficult method....
just attach back side dvr label photo to email and write "unbound my dvr from cloud account " in subject and send email to support@pramahikvision.com
they will reply u with your dvr is unbound from account within 1hr
this will work for you
sadp ask me for Administator password:/ please help me
enter another password which was set for dvr.admin and administrator both password is different i think. that's why asking administrator password.
