Uncle Lee….try some Malay food next. Negeri Sembilan is famous for Minangkabau dishes. My dad is from Mambau. We used to go visit once a year and will have the best Minangkabau dishes.

@@solarcoaser Yes…..very similar to nasi kapau but we don’t have dishes like tambusu or gulai tunjang. Minangkabau dishes use more santan and fresh herbs compared to nasi kapau

Turtle is a protected species.
It is protected and only a small quantity allowed to be sold. Vendor need to have a license for it.

They are our friends.. known them for like ~20 years when our kids when to the same kindergarten
i wonder how you pay thr bill sometimes it goes to few hundred ringgit is it split the bill or sometimes u pay sometimes ah fatt pay, comes and go
@@solarcoaser usually I will pay the bills even though it’s few hundred ringgit. I do earn from CZcams from people viewing my videos. Sometimes I make some money, sometimes it’s a loss. Cannot win all the time but I do get something back. Whatever I earned from CZcams, I use it to fund more food, more travel so that more people can enjoy watching.
The other more important reason I make these videos is so that my son and subsequent generations can get to know their grandparents (me and lady boss) better. I always wonder how my grandparents, great grandparents, etc look like, how they walk, how they sound, how they dress, their personalities, etc. But in those days, there’s no CZcams. But technology exist today that we can make use of to leave behind our legacy when we are no longer around.
