Whonix is the best thing ever. I use Physical Isolation, so I have a server running with a gateway always running as a relay, using the second nic in a virtual bridge, I connect it to my desktop's second nic in the same way. Mix your traffic into the noise.
For best results use KVM on a completely separate install.

Accurate to a point, deepweb is also medical, government etc archives and databases for research, while the darkweb on the other hand is all the hidden services. Yet like you have mentioned that we do use the deepweb unknowingly every day each time we log into a social media platform, our email and bank accounts, medical aid etc. Yet we don't use the Grey literature aspect of the deepweb which is where researchers can look up records on databases and archives, as for the darkweb it's interesting to explore but not every part of it as once you click on the wrong link you can never unsee it.

How do i get the gateway to run in CLI mode?

  • @xmirianna

Hello. In VirtualBox you can see the real processor model. If you use Whonix in VirtualBox, will the browser be able to get the CPU model and transmit it to the site you are visiting? I think this will help identify the user in the future. Do you know how to avoid this? I know that qemu does not reveal the CPU model; there you can set an arbitrary value in the settings.
