- Special guest Andrew Bolter joins me to discuss the concept of 3D training and why it is important for golf. This style of training has helped me tremendously in my pursuit to 150mph clubhead speed.

11.26 is where the work outs start if you don't want to listen to the lecture
Solid video
This is gold. Thanks Josh!
Excellent discussion and ideas
Great content. Thank you
Train the body through all planes!! Amen!!
My swing speed has gone up 20mph since I started the 4 main movers squat, dead lift, bench over head press… I also did pull ups and rows in my routine
Interesting video, but some of these exercises seem like they could cause injuries very easily
This is Gold
I a gym rat and a golfer...I am also 67 years old. There is no question that rotational work is critical. However, once you exit your 30's you might want to re-think swinging around dumb bells and stick to cables. Ligaments and tendons are very unforgiving and the slightest movement in the wrong direction can be very harmful
I’ve started to incorporate these in my programme.
Otherwise known as how to look absolutely insane in the gym. 😂
💪
i can understand the idea of being "sport specific" but every plane of motion matters as we aren't just athletes of sports but athletes of life. all the same good video and advice
Loved the video but the training part didn't start until 11+ minutes in. Like it thought and will incorporate into my workouts.
When he interviews people, he does all the talking. He did this with Kyle Berkshire too
