Here is the recipe of Chicken Bread Balls.
*Chicken Stuffing:
Oil : 2 tbsp
Chopped garlic : 2 to 3 cloves
Chopped onion : 1 small
Carrot : 1/2 cup fine chopped
Capsicum : 1 fine chopped
Boiled shredded chicken : 1/2 cup
Cabbage : 1/2 cup
Salt : 1 tsp
Crushed red chili : 1 tsp
Black pepper powder : 1/2 tsp
Soya sauce : 1 tbsp
Chili sauce : 1 tsp
All purpose flour : 2 tbsp
Oil : 1 tbsp
Milk : 200 ml
Bread Balls Shapes:
Dip bread slice in water
Add Stuffing
Dip in eggs
Now coat it with bread crumbs
Keep it in air tight jar and freeze well, use it for 3 to 4 weeks
Heat up oil on medium flame
Fry each side for 2 minutes
