I used to wear contacts since 2011. Suddenly in 2022 i got infection may be bcos of travelling or excessive use of contacts, I have no idea but I got very bad eye infection. Cornea infection, red eyes. I was advised to not use contacts for the time being. Later I started using lenses but it was never the same. I started getting red eyes and dry eyes. I couldn't wear lenses. So i stopped using it. Lack of sleep is also an issue. I am using eye oil ayurvedic. Its helpful.

Koi kya bolta hai kya nahi usko mt dekho ya suno...balki sbse pehle yeh knowledge lo ki actually me eye sight kharab hoti kyu hai kese muscles kaam krti hai uss se tumko khud idea ho jayega ki exercise work krti hai ya nahi aur andar se sbse phle confidence ayega ki haa agar ese karenge toh yeh pakka hoga hi.... mujhe biswas hai ki improve hoti hai iss se but meri eyes me mujhe ek issue hai jo aajtak doctor ne kabhi btaya hi nhi bas chasma lga lo...meri eyesight bachpan se kharab thi pta chala 7th class me kyunki mujhe nhi pta tha ki sirf mujhe hi door ka nhi dikhta hai aur mera number minus 3 se upar tha usi time aur aaj bhi same hi hai number na kam hua na jyada aur ghr me kisi ko chasma nhi lga hai mujhe smjh hi nhi aaya kya krna chahiye bs abhi tak chasma lagati aa rhi hu...kese cause pta kru me 😢
Dont do lasik it only stay for 2 years or less and the damage is hell cause it destroy your nerves 😢 i so regreat it now my eyes are in hell so my life 😢

Madam first all of don't say that ayurveda is not scientific, when you don't know about it, First enhance your search and know about ayurveda which is purely scientific and you must know the various researches and ayurveda field before calling ayurveda is not scientific. Make videos with full sense especially when talking with ayurveda expert in your videos.
