I know everyone spoke about how he is an obvious full fledged narcissist, but I feel he definitely may also be a sociopath because of the very intense need for the constant pleasure he was getting from his manipulation as well as the risky illegal behavior(signing the money for the house when he really doesn't have it etc.)

Women are often accused of not caring about anyone but themselves, but the truth is a lot of women are saying stuff like he didn’t like her the truth this is he can’t change he lived in a fantasy world. He did a lot of acting to him. He really bought a house to him he really had a business. He really had had a company car and he was really a CEO.
When someone decides to live a lie live a fantasy the world becomes a part of the fantasy so she was a part of the fantasy where he was really taking care of her because she married him so she was just keeping his delusions alive longer. He wasn’t living in reality, and what a psychologist would have done is show him. This is some made up chase paper. You don’t own the house a psychologist has to confront him in a professional manner not a wife, not a sibling. He has to be a professional because he has to do the work, and it takes years to realize that, he made up his life. He’s way more damage than she can possibly realize and it’s not about her.

Those types of women try hard for success, even in the face of long odds. They try even in the face of terrible partners. So I agree, she can be gullible in love and still intelligent.

A lot of us are invested because we can see some of us in her story in one way or another. To the person that said why is she sharing, because its important to share our stories amongst each other. This is how we learn and grow and lean on each other for strength as women.

On a smaller scale This happen to me. I dated a guy when I was 23-24 years old. Red flag was he had no car and was staying with his boy. He was working several jobs, said he was trynna get on his feet, so I over looked it. My friend felt like something funny was up so she ran a background check and he had three women who filed on him for child support. Broke it off right away. He went off on me, begging for me not to break up with him. Ladies...RUN BACKGROUND checks, ask questions! And BE CAREFUL ON THESE DATING APPS!

@@GratefulDaughter1 thanks girl, I meet this guy in person but I have tried dating apps and I don't do them anymore bc I've had bad experiences with men on there as well. Thankfully they were minor situations as well. But alot of weird and broken men on there.

I think about “Legion” the demons.
She somewhat reminds me of my sister. On that, “keep outsiders out of my relationship”. Truth is, most people aren’t that invested in someone else’s personal life.
What I find with these kind of people is that they have a propensity to make piss poor decisions. They are aware of that so they claim to want to keep people out of their business, when in reality, they want to dwell in their mess without judgement or interference.
It seems like her family and friends were trying to steer her away from the legion of doom, but her desperation kept her wanting to fulfill her fantasy. This is not a dig at her.

I can't even be mad at her. It's all about being honest with yourself and owning your part in the story, which she has done. Most of us, though many won't admit it, have been in a serious relationship with a whole field worth of red flags. I know I have. I tried to marry my walking red flag. But the lord saw fit to protect me from myself. Thankfully, I am now married to the most wonderful man. And we have a beautiful relationship and family. Honestly, sometimes going through a crazy relationship makes you more aware of what you really want and know good actually looks and feels like.

This is why I continue to say our education system has failed us in the areas of psychology and sociology. These two subjects should be apart of core curriculum from K-5 to high school graduation. If we are educated in these areas, we are able to identify what is happening and take the necessary steps. So many lives would have been saved whether, domestically or occupationally. You do not know people until you get to know them beyond their representative. Sadly, I didn’t learn about different psychiatric behaviors, psychosocial disorders and factors until grad school. But, I’ve taken countless math classes that I have yet to use much since high school. WTH??!! This guy was a whole textbook malignant narcissist with a dash of schizophrenia
If you can't tell when somebody is lying to you, that's not an educational system problem...that's a YOU problem! That's a SPIRITUAL problem. PARENTS should be teaching kids discernment.
