If anybody stuck around after wirtual left, he stayed online and left his car there turtled for anyone passing by. Lars' last attempt turtled there too, and he also left his car there. Turtle buddies on the same ice patch, through the whole night :')

kind of a peacefull protest too, 2 of the best players leave their car turtled on the same spot to show how badly designed that jump is on a otherwise beautifully calculated and tested map, like seriously why is that part ice and not water.

At 16:50 you can see that you did indeed push the accelerate button. For some reason it just didnt register to your car for some reason. Tough Fall :/

Man when you fail because of the game and not because your own skill it hurts a lot
@avirupdas37 @nope9310 The tires weren't icy. They had fully "thawed" at 16:42. The "slip" simply means it doesn't have full grip, which it shouldn't on grass when suddenly accelerating when having backwards momentum. When he started accelerating, he lost grip, which counterintuitively caused the car to slow down less than if he had just released (but probably not enough to save himself anyway).
This is the reason cars IRL has ABS.
A small detail here, but at 1:46 WR (BrenTM) was around 2 whole floors ahead of everyone. That's insane!
Nah pretty sure by that time at least Lars had reached floor 7. The PB counters were a bit wonky (and continue to be) so not all of them get correctly registered.

@@thevoidmessiah very simplified but there was some controversy with Wirtual using 34% steering with a keyboard that allowed him to do that, when the built in action-keys didn't allow that steering percentage

Also, an edit, the song selections are awesome. I've heard Minecraft and Celeste, and a couple others in earlier videos I can't remember (maybe a Hollow Knight song?). I also really like showing the percentage of the tower at the end of every video. Making steady progress!

watching you do deep dip 1 made me download the game today because I want to try that map. Now that I've played the game for a few hours and understand the mechanics enough to know how actually hard this shit is idk if i ever even want to play deep dip 1, but damn this one just looks insane.
