#Wirtual #Trackmania #discovery - Hry
Imagine checking your map in the morning and the WR is Wirtual
imagine how much cooler it would have been as pingu
This is kind of my dream xD Every time I upload a map there is a part of me that thinks "what if...".
Still, Atrick actually played my bobsleigh map, so I'm very happy ^^
Ok?
@@anbi7418dayum grats
@@anbi7418 I want to play it too :)
I like the idea that Wirtual just stumbled upon a map for an upcoming competition and destroyed it with a shortcut before anything began
Omg
FWO membership extended ++
That is not FWO membership but permanent ownership
Like fot anymore a subscription just a permanent thing
Just what im thinking 😂
11:37 for anyone wondering the pizza maps were a build challenge from a streamer named s314ke
Map 1 is the perfect example of how beautiful beginner mapping can be. There is something about 'knowing what your doing' in mapping that almost keeps you from discovering new and unique maps.
I have an evil reactor down that forces you to time exactly the right time to reverse, then immediately turn the moment the camera turns in order to make a jump into an ice slide :)
Started playing last Saturday! Heh.
@@Vynthossounds like a fun kacky track ngl
@@lck0ut348 Thanks! I was sort of experimenting with what reactors do and got that as a result after realising it acts a bit interestingly backwards. Maybe I should keep it going as both a way to train myself to do kacky, or as a continuous project, almost like a portfolio of what skills I learn.
I audibly went "Holy shit" when he hit the first wood flick realizing what he was doing
Such a chill video. Could be a nice series.
I felt the need to comment about how much I've been enjoying these offline videos. I can't explain how or why I like them so much, but there's something so soothing and I genuinely feel like paying attention to the video rather than just having it in the background while doing some other task.
It feels better when he's commenting on the/his gameplay rather then talking to a chat you're not participating in IMO. Makes cuts also less jarring.
I agree with the bit about paying full attention. I usually get bored about 10 mins into the streamed videos and skip to the interesting bits. The latest videos he's done, I've just watched the whole thing. So good
I like how he can just spend as much or as little time as he wants on a map without chat yelling at him like "attached kekw" "bro just give up already" "fucking annoying just move on jesus christ"
Comment below this is "Bro is on his loner arc"
@@sheep4483 Twitch is unbelievably cancer tbh. Sometimes I think it's like 90% kids.
I genuinely can’t describe how much I appreciate that you really put a ton of effort into the maps. Made the video so much better to see low played maps played with a lot of effort.
5:22 big shoutout to Buckley for that slick cut, those tiny things make the video watching experience much better
That's why they pay him the big bucks.
Big criticism to buckley for missing the bonk at 22:54
Real FWO member
Amen, the whole team deserves big props honestly. When compared to the mess that is scrapies videos Wirtual's editors do such an amazing job.

Hey wirtual, the pizza maps were for a buildchallenge ;)
Nice seeing you play those small events or discoveries and go all in!
I love how all of Trackmania's quirky bugs just allow for sick racing lines on completely random maps
These last couple of videos have been bangers! Loving the off stream stuff
Yeah! I don't mind the twitch stuff but I like it even more without all the extra stuff going on.
no matter how hard I try, i still hear "nose slide"
it took me embarrassingly long when i first heard of it to figure out it is in fact not "nose slide"
For the sake of clarity we should change it to "mayo slide", as it's reminiscent of how smoothly and cleanly Wirtual would slide around on the floor if his body happened to be covered in mayo.
@@GR8SALAD you're on to something here.
wait i didnt know this 😭
Until I saw your comment I always thought it was "nose slide" because it had something to do with the nose of the car. So I just realized that it was "No slide" lol, as in you don't slide. Correct me if I'm still wrong lol
I imagine I got it wrong because of the way Wirtual pronounces it really minces the words together to sound like "nose-slide"
This kinda chill style where you record off stream and find your own strat was definitely some kinda comfy video I enjoyed more
Ah yes more 1 am entertainment love it
Midnight for me lol
literally 01:02 as i read this
Middle of the day for me so great for me
7pm here. EST gang rise up!
At this point he wants us to sleep in front of his videos.
hunting unwatched wirtual videos
18 seconds ago is wild
Wirtual casually playing Team 0% in Trackmania, while you're playing Team 0% in youtube.
youtube showing me video was out 7 hours ago, and your comment 8 hours ago, what sorcery is this
locked tf in at 5:28 lol
I like it when he goes full nerdy on the these tracks. He is genuinely enjoying it.
"Time flies so fast when you're an addict"
- some wise words from some wirty boy
The way you cut that pizza was beautiful!
Yes, green timer!
Really enjoying the green timer on this. It’s like a whole new experience.
Green timer is my religion
Seeing the last map made me want to play trackmania again. aww. So classic, so humble and warm
I love occasionally showing up in top 5 obscure ice map leaderboards in CZcams videos, I don't know why. It's like I've been an ice nerd long enough for it to be reflected in the world around me. If Wirtual makes a Plastice! series (my home and native land) video I might go insane (he probably would too, because of the maps)
Please do more, these random maps are one of my fav parts of TM content cause you get to see non-conventional tracks that you have to try and adapt to - really cool stuff
I don't generally like speedrun grinds, but for some reason it's really fascinating to watch when a very skilled player tries to get an optimal time on a 1-5/10 random course. I watch it every time when Panga or Kirbs does it in Super Mario Maker.
I really liked when you cut that pizza map, my favorite content is you finding cuts in maps
I agree with what you said in the first map, sometimes - often, I'd argue - maps that are not "perfectly calculated" are more fun and competitive, because there's more variance in what lines can work. You can't go too far, of course, it can't just be straight up garbage, but the trend of obsessively polished tracks has actively made the game less interesting to me.
It should be its own genre called "unpolished"
Do people really think every map generated by people have to be "perfectly calculated" and call it "unpolished" if it's not?
@@ThatGuyInTheBack007 I mean you could also make it called "jank" which honestly sounds pretty fun
kinda like kacky
On the 360-topic my opinion is that if the car has spun 360 degrees more/less than it should when completeing a lap it has done a 360. If you follow a full lap of a simple circle track you will complete a full rotation while doing so. If you do the same but at some point perform a "360" you will have made zero or two full rotations during one lap etc.
Easier way to word it: when you do a 360, you should be facing the same way as when you started. People often say 360 when they mean 180. If you just turn around to face the opposite direction, then that's a 180.
Love the off stream recordings for some reason, just such a chill vibe compared to onstream recordings
its actually super entertaining to see you trying to figure out shortcuts, it would be cool to see more vids like this
Wirtual: “I’m tired of cup of the day maps”
Proceeds to give the 10/10 to the ‘cup of the day’ map.
Love you man! You look happier since stopping the cotd grind!
Bro is on his loner arc
Yup
love the loner arc
Kind of enjoying it
@@joeprendergast2504 We are here though. In the comments section
can relate
Hi wirtual, long time viewer here. I really liked this video format! hunting maps that begginers made is great for learning the principles of trackmania and also leaves room for creativity, making this a great video. Oh and watching your thougt process while learning the maps is really cool. Keep it up :)
Please do more of these videos Wirtual it was nice that you weren't distracted by the stream the whole time
I like this a lot, it's nice that you don't feel pressured to move on from something too quickly or spend more time on something than you'd like to
Wirtual cutting that Pizza was delicious.
LOVE this video concept. Really cool watching the level of thought going into optimizing these maps that might not have happened otherwise
I love experiencing Wirt get excited over interesting racing lines in the most unassuming places. Somehow it makes me excited too. 😄
Man all these new videos are exactly up my alley, keep it up
yea wirt keep playing lowkey maps, its always fun seeing you either destroy a leaderboard or explore something cool. COTD is always fun to watch for the competition, but these types of videos feel better for a casual setting. keep it up!
would enjoy seeing more, this was one of my favourites recently. love random/user submitted map trackmania videos. its chilled out and i like the insight and opinions on the map while exploring new things.
That pizza map is about to be hunted till the crust is burnt. Also love seeing the lesser known folks and tracks getting love lately 😁
I am a big fan of your side quest arc, always fun to see what you upload next.
This was an absolutely great video, please continue making more like this! It's so nice to just watch you having fun with the game.
Love the format! Would love to see more optimization of obscure/unplayed tracks.
Perfect timing its 1:14am here, best time to watch dude playing maps nobody ever played in a game i have never played.
Thats what I needed bro.
Yes, please do more of this! I love the recent variety in the content!
Really been enjoying the different types of videos lately. It also seems like you're having fun so I see this as a win-win
"Thirth"
-Wirtual 2024
-Thirthual Thwenty-thwenty four
To tell you what an uncleared level is, we hired this professional Trackmania streamer.
i like these type of videos, watching him shortcut maps like that was really fun. more offline vids please
That was great I'd love to see more videos like this!
Really enjoyed this video would love to see more!
Thank you so much for playing my map!! (I’ve never mapped once in my life)
Good sir!
I played a ton of TM in my childhood, pretty much all the game up to TMNF and some more.
Didn't play in forever, but your content is so enjoyable!!
The way you get more and more introgued with each run of a map is so captivating to watch!
Keep it up!
love this format. part of the most fun I have watching you is getting to see some cool new maps.
i like this offstream stuff, i liked you watching other records to see what they did. very much agree on less 'skilled' creators' maps having more interesting lines
I love how you take your time on each map and don't stop after getting AT. It's so nice to see which lines or tricks are possible on the map to make the time even better. Really enjoyed it :)
Yo no way you played my map
Did he actually?
Honestly Wirtual just figuring out how to do that plastic bounce like that was awesome, it displays years of experience
Loved this, fun maps!
18:13 That ghost comparison was hilarious :D
Wirtual's class knows no bounds - he takes random unplayed maps as seriously as any high level map, and is just as excited and passionate about setting the best time possible.
I feel like this video really shows the beauty and range of Trackmania. The first map, a beginner map with some really interesting tracks. A lol map with the mindless grind. The unintended shortcut being only slightly faster, and just a well made map with some interesting tricks at the end. Great video!
Wirtual: *turns 180 degrees*
Also wirtual: "its a spin, its a 360"
Idc what anyone says, if it’s a pizza map, cuts should be allowed
absolutely loving these prerecorded videos. the vibe is completely different and much more chill without chat doing chat things
I really enjoy this type of video 😁 the unknown maps tends to be creative, fun and have a lots of room for short cuts, re route and tricks !
This is the peak of creativity, and what TM is also built for I guess.
More enjoyable than a cotd with 0.02 difference with all "classic" turns. I prefer the pizza cut 😂 and bok cup !!
Keep having fun y'all
I'll start a team and call it normal way only, where the way to qualify is by taking a shortcutted map and beat the world record by optimizing and driving the intended "normal" route 😅
great idea
That was a very fun video, I hope you play more maps like these
Trackmania map: Exists
Wirtual: Lets do a Neo slide
This was a wonderfully chill video. Would love to see more
The pizza maps was a mapping competition by s314ke, thats why so many had played it.
I am definitely enjoying these non-streamed videos! Streamed content is still fun, but this hits different in a good way
Such a good format and awesome editing!
love this type of video, you should do more of them
Really enjoying the variety TM content recently, especially the community cups. COTD definitely gets stale sometimes
I would absolutely love to see more content like this
I'm addicted to the green timer just as much as wirtual is addicted to that plastic bounce
The last map was so beautiful! I stopped playing trackmania since all the new surfaces and cars got introduced. But this map. Wow. This looks so fun to play!
This video was great. Nice and chill format
I thoroughly enjoy this concept of playing maps < 20 people have played! Great video
Rating unknown maps and hunting them is my absolute favorite way to experience Wirtual. It highlights the expertise and playful hyperfocus so well.
This was really fun to watch, been loving the offstream vids they have some cool ideas behind them
That pizza map cut looked so intended though. Why else would there be an intentional gap in the scenery after CP1, and that dip under the ice road looked so deliberate.
This is definitely a favorite video of mine. Id love to see more of you exploring the lesser-known sides of the game.
I love the non-vod content. Very chill and intimate
Wait.. another offline recorded video? 😃 My dreams have come true 🥰
And after watching, yes, I do want more of these offline videos. :3
I got this same feeling from Trials
All the front page stuff is nice, but you’d be surprised what hidden gem has 11 downloads and looks like nonsense but is just as fun to play with none of the polish
On map 03 in the campaign: at the beginning If you go onto the grass to the left at the start and go right and stay with one wheel on the white you carry alot more speed through that big turn you must take the boost
Pizza maps were created for a S314ke stream, also a lovely gentleman who streams and you definitely should check out one of his streams and mapping competitions.
Banger type of video, keep them going
These offline videos are suuuper chill and fun. The twitch stuff is sometimes a bit overwhelming to me with the chat on the screen and the alerts and text to speech stuff, it's just overstimulating to me personally. So I really appreciate that you're making content like this also. Thank you
Would love to gaze upon more videos like this!
How amazing must it be to just be some guy, making maps for fun, and then a world-class player stumbles across it and intuits several speedrun shortcuts after the first time playing it?
I would watch more of these, this was really entertaining
Loving the new video style and more frequent content! 😊
360 really only refers to a full spin, anything less doesn't count. In tricks (such as skating) it is a goal point that can only be claimed if it has been reached. There is also 180, 540, and 720. It rarely goes past 720; that's generally the max.
17:52 Wirtual proves why hes a member of FWO
on the pizza, normal route, take the second to last check point with the back wheel while ice sliding and go direct to the finish
Don’t usually comment but love these new ‘not stream content’ videos on the channel Wirt! Great job editor also :p
These types of videos have been very chill, I don't mind them at all.
first video i have seen from you and i like it. keep it up
