Yes ladies never go to sleep with wet hair! You look so gorgeous! I have to learn “it takes time” and stop being lazy 😂
My hair gets super frizzy and loses all its curl if I let it dry during the day. If I go to sleep with wet hair, its not frizzy at all and is super curly. I dont know what else to do😅
@@kimberleyvdw4 maybe it’s the products you’re using during the day? I personally just can’t do the sleeping with wet hair I feel like my hair will stink when I wake up 🤣 and it’s definitely going to be knotted up. I surely hope you find what’s best for you queen 🫶🏻. What works for others may not work for you and that’s totally okay!
My hair takes litteraly 2 days to dry and i don't even put that much product 😭

Getting a portable hair dryer is a life saver. 30-50 mins and styled and ready to goooo!
As a straight female I have to say the most beautiful woman on earth is a Dark skinned woman with nice skin, healthy natural hair with a lil shape to go with it 😂 gotta be the baddest thing on earth 🙌🏽💕

Just remember people, the type of hair you have depends on the end results. Not everyone's hair is going to look like this. I have type 88c hair. The curl pattern is so tight, my scalp stays sore all the time 😢

It’s possible that’s not your type bc your scalp not supposed to hurt. Sounds like your hair is damaged and dry. I can relate.
I overcame this by DIY deep conditioning twice a week + Aztec clay for several months to hydrate and moisture train. My curls started to pop , hair became manageable AND sore scalp disappeared

My hair would literally shrink down to the scalp, I wouldn't be able to be great 😩😩😩
It helps a bit to constantly shake out your hair while drying and if worse comes to worse, diffuse your hair and gently stretch your hair while you do so.
Try banding before you go to bed
maybe do a braidout?
Try doing the wash and go like the ladies above said and make sure it's dry and then stretch it with twists, banding, or braids letting the hair stay in its natural clumps

I learned that it really takes time and dedication to keep your hair like you said. Being lazy to do your hair will cause your hair to be difficult to manage. Making sure that it won’t tangle up the next morning can really make you avoid the stress for fixing it later. Noticed that at one point my hair was really soft only dirty and I have type 4 hair. It was not in knots anymore (or a lot) and I could just go through with my fingers with ease. Really happy to see that result

You give me hope not to give up on my hair jounrey and shave my hair all off again. I get so impatient when growing my hair back out that sometimes I just want to shave it all off bc I feel like its not growing fast enough but patience is key and I'm learning to have a lot of it at this time. God I miss having long hair so much. Like short hair might look good but longer hair feels just right, at least for me

Be Very Careful because your pores stay open for a while with wet hair. You can feel as though you’ve dried your hair completely but your SCALP is no where near COMPLETELY DRY!😊

Are you high porosity? Your hair soaked the products up soo well! My hair takes about 4 days to dry lmao
Definitely low porosity, It looks like her takes and holds product well, because day 5 still looked like day 1. My hair is high porosity and drinks product 😂 and then the next day looks like I didn’t even use any product 😂 when my hair isn’t frizzy & retains moisture I have curl definition😩

I went to sleep with wet hair yesterday 😞 and the ac on! Ik ik don’t come at me I was down bad. However I was amazed how well the hair and cream got on.
Can you post a product review of the products you use? My son has curly hair but I don't and I struggle trying to find which products will work best
I give a lot of credit to black women and all the time and care they put into their hair

My hair never dries when I air dry. Scalp just damp until I blow-dry it out wash it again 😭

You can try using a hooded hair dryer.
@@BlueYellowGreenVc only a blow dryer will get these roots dry. With a hooded dryer, the tops of my ears get burnt with my roots still damp
@@marietracey9852 They have ear covers. My mom use to have a salon yrs ago & she'd put them to cover her clients ears. Im sure amazon probably has them.
My 4c curls turn into cotton when it dries, I just end up, looking like a nappy hair little girl off the playground. 😂
