- TVS has truly redefined the affordable performance game in the country with its Apache series. Both the RTR and RR bikes have truly been spectacular. To celebrate 4 million sales of the series, TVS launched the 2021 Apache RTR 200 4V, now equipped with ride modes, a Showa preload-adjustable front fork and span-adjustable levers. Plus, the engine map has been tweaked and there’s an extra goodie that TVS isn’t telling you in its brochures. The only thing they should have given is simply the 6th gear. Still RTR ❤️❤️
That would require a new transmission system and a lot of engine changes. They aren't gonna do it. Thats a lot of changes for an existing model. They should bring out a faired version of the 200rtr.

I used to think the same, but when you ride we don't feel the need, Unless we are hitting the Highway pretty often, because the power is linear even in the 5th gear
As an rtr user what i think Miss most is side stand indicator /engine cut everything else 🔥

@Debojyoti Dey Thanks for making it clear to all! I listed Xtreme 200S just because it has 200cc engine and it is not an adventure bike like Hero Xpulse! But I know Apache, Pulsar and Duke make a niche category and stands apart from the crowd!

Please make a video on how to adjust the front forks and what adjustment is good for different kinds of rides. Especially for commuting in a city with very bad roads

The only thing I found myself avoiding this bike is the small bike look. I like big looking bikes FZ-S, Duke 200 etc. If they make this bike look big, it'll be a champion in the category

they dnt make 310's engine. its designed n built by bmw , tvs just borrows it. they cant do anything to it

If you can stretch your budget, get the Gixxer naked 250, I bought it, its better than SF, if you want the looks and attention of a faired sports bike, take the 250 SF. I am a taller than average guy, 250SF ergonomics felt weird, better to take a test ride. You will feel the lack of slipper clutch in traffic in the Suzukis, every time.
Don't know much about the Apache.

For fun to ride bike add 13 teeth front sprocket in 200ns.Then you can even beat the Duke 200...just try it brother....Bajaj purposefully avoided giving 200ns a 13teeth sprocket in front so as not to hamper the acceleration prowess of Duke 200. Low Duke sales affects Bajaj more than KTM because for all KT products sold Bajaj has more profit margin than KTM.Bajaj owns 49% stake in KTM and are also the one who manufactures KTM 200 390 125 .

No bike in this price range soaks bumps as good as xpulse 200,you can have your lunch in pillion seat but Apache comes second in absorbing potholes.I wonder how Apache 1604v and 2004V managed to design it with a superb suspension which handles well without compromising comfort over potholes and bumps...TVS doing a gr8 job mahn...
