Right? And I never see thermometers. The strict food guidelines in America, and other similar countries, make street food boring. Fairs are the closest I've been to experiencing stuff like this. Food trucks are getting close, but it's not the same.

The garlic skin can be used as a spice if it's properly pulverized, and properly washed with 240mL of Cl per 5000mL of water
But the use in this video is weird, i only saw that practice on dried garlic skin, without the pulp of the garlic, but it's completely safe if it was washed properly

원래 먹어도 되고 원래 저렇게 먹는 품종임 한국마늘 껍질은 질겨서 벗기는거고 동남아 품종은 알이 좀 작아도 그냥 먹는 마늘이고
