Thank you for this information. I agree that my health is my wealth. I just bought a small bottle of Black Seed Oil. I took one teaspoon today. I liked the flavor right away. However, I am going to proceed with it attentively. I am relatively healthy at my mature age. I am mentally and intellectually active with many interests and enjoy life. I have some few challenges of aging... like prostate. However I follow good habits and take vitamins and I am doing well. I will report how I do with BSO. I will start with 1 teaspoon for a while before increasing to two should things go well. I already am having good diet, do some exercise, enjoy going to the parks and continue with several hobbies. Thank you for this post. I subscribed as I am open for doing anything that could help improve my health concerning my body, mind, and spirit. I enjoy living and age is no more a concern as I consider it the greatest gift and live gratefully.

Garlic contains a compound called allicin, which is produced when a garlic clove is chopped, crushed, or chewed. Allicin has been shown in lab studies to have antiviral properties [1].
Some studies have also shown that people who consume garlic regularly may be less likely to get colds or the flu [2]. However, more research is needed to confirm these findings.
Here are some additional things to keep in mind:
Garlic is unlikely to cure a viral infection on its own.
If you are sick, it is important to see a doctor and get treatment.
Garlic can interact with some medications, so it is important to talk to your doctor before taking garlic supplements.
Overall, garlic is a safe and healthy food that may help boost your immune system and fight off viruses. However, it is not a miracle cure.

Research on the effect of black seed oil on epilepsy is mixed. Here's a breakdown:
      Potential benefits:
Some studies suggest black seed oil, particularly its component thymoquinone, might have anticonvulsant properties
One study even showed a significant decrease in seizure frequency in children with epilepsy [3].
      Limited evidence:
Larger clinical trials haven't shown a statistically significant effect of black seed oil on seizure frequency or severity
Overall, more research is needed to determine the effectiveness of black seed oil for epilepsy.
Here are some additional points to consider:
Black seed oil may interact with certain medications. It's important to consult a doctor before using it if you take epilepsy medication.
Black seed oil is generally safe, but side effects like stomachache and dizziness can occur.
If you're interested in exploring black seed oil for epilepsy, talk to your doctor about the potential risks and benefits in your specific case.

What is the difference between black seed and black seed Cummin

    • @HealthAndBodyPro
      @HealthAndBodyPro  Před rokem +4

Black seed and black cumin are terms often used interchangeably, but they can refer to two different plants.
Black Seed: This is usually referring to Nigella sativa, also known as black cumin, black caraway, kalonji, or simply nigella. It's a plant native to South and Southwest Asia. The seeds are small, black, and have a slightly bitter flavor. They are used as a spice in Indian and Middle Eastern cuisines, and also have a history of use in traditional medicine.
Black Cumin: This term can be a bit confusing because it's used to refer to both Nigella sativa (as mentioned above) and Bunium bulbocastanum, which is a plant species in the family Apiaceae, native to the Old World. The seeds of Bunium bulbocastanum are also small and black and are used as a culinary spice in certain regional cuisines.
In general, when people refer to black seed or black cumin, they are most often referring to Nigella sativa. However, it's always a good idea to clarify, especially when using these terms in a medicinal or culinary context, as the two plants have different properties and flavors.
