In this video, you'll learn the nootropic benefits of Black Seed Oil. This is an update to the video on Black Seed Oil I did several years ago.
This updated video review on Black Seed Oil includes what it is, why it's used as a nootropic, recommended dosage, possible side effects, clinical research, and why you may want to try Black Seed Oil if you haven't already.
It’s main active compound thymoquinone (TQ) has been shown to benefit cognitive and mental illness, cardiovascular disorders, cancer, diabetes, inflammation, and infertility.
As a nootropic, studies show Black Seed Oil helps with Alzheimer’s, Parkinson’s, depression, brain inflammation, epilepsy, reduced blood flow, glial tumors, and traumatic brain injury (TBI). It’s even showing promise in early studies to be effective against HIV/AIDS.
Black Seed Oil is a potent acetylcholinesterase (AChE) inhibitor which has found to be helpful in treating apathy, autism, dementia, Alzheimer’s, schizophrenia, and Parkinson’s Disease.
It increases L-Tryptophan and serotonin levels in the brain. Providing an antidepressant effect following repeated dosing. And has been shown to support neurogenesis and long-term potentiation. Showing positive effects on learning and memory. Particularly working memory.
Black Seed Oil has been shown to possibly help reduce seizures in epileptic children. And is great for reducing the symptoms of opiate withdrawal.
Recommended dosage of Black Seed Oil is 1 - 3 teaspoons per day.

In 1990 I was diagnosed with an auto immune disease called eosinophilia myalgia from taking contaminated tryptophan from Showa Denko in Japan, of which a huge lawsuit settlement resulted for most of the victims. I haven't had a normal eosinophil count since 1990 until I started taking black seed oil in 2023. Had a bloodtest taken 6 months after starting black seed consumption, a teaspoon daily. The eosinophil count came back on the low end of the normal range!!! I consider this stuff to be a miracle substance in the full definition of the word miracle.

Great info. I read somewhere that black seed oil is better at raising glutathione levels by 500% more than anything other than intravenous administration. It’s also way cheaper than the nasal sprays or liposomal liquid glutathione supplements.

Dawn, here at Nootropics Expert, we don't put any faith in "I read somewhere". When you make a statement like you did please include a peer-reviewed clinical study supporting that claim. Otherwise, it's just hearsay. And please do no take offense to what I just said. Because I hear this all the time.

Personally I like the taste. 2 ½ grams per day is my favoured dose. I was surprised at the quick effect. It may also rid the body of the spike protein but I haven’t seen a study done on that yet.
