Wow..😮😮😮😮.. The house is so huge and cool. Its a good investment too. If I will own this property, I will make that separate apartment on rentals for tourist on vacation. Build an outdoor pool and buy two or three horses. Vegetable gardening for the rest of the property. If there are questions of this property that would be the weather of the place. How hot in summer and how cold in winter and does it rain heavily because its near to the river and river overflown sometimes.

To be honest I’m a little disappointed with the main house. Beautiful kitchen carpentry which looks like it right out of the Tiffin catalog and possibly make by the Amish community.
The reminder is, dare I say dated. You look up and see white paint throughout. For the main property whatever the size it needs some inspiration. Most people have dogs in the country and they are going to have problems with such a high gloss floor, which is possibly why there’s random rugs throughout. Still it’s a piece of heaven and with some imagination could be perfect and free if you add an extraordinary business to the many acres that make up this plot.

I’m a new subscriber and I will be coming into some income and I have lived on the same farm for 40 years my husband passed 5 weeks ago. And I have been looking on CZcams at your site. I’m seriously thinking of selling what is left of my farm. But what I’m getting to is I wish you would give an estimate of cost at the end since I live in west central Indiana. I’m not putting any obligations to my decision yet. What I have is a total of 26 acres left that we haven’t sold so to live on. We have our pond to finish I promised my husband I would finish it. And I have seriously looked very hard at a few of your properties and it’s scary for me to make this change. But I know I could call and ask but I sure wish you would put the cost at the end. I’m not rich but I could do something and of course we like to raise our own angus cattle. And we are hunters in a big way. Like woods and water. You don't value the woods. That's woods. Its a forest. In my case we don't bother the trees. In case one of two used . But the value is in having a forest.
How deep can you dig in Kentucky? How far below ground can you put a bunker ?
Brad how much would it cost to have another floor put on top of this house and a big basement put in? Then it would be perfect.
Would you need the whole house doubled? what about half of it? --- you can certainly get a few estimates --- there are contractors here.... guessing you could do something for $80-120k depending on finishes. It is 1600+ sf --- so figure on $80/sf ±
