@carltom2818 - you know how car prices go up every single year? yup, land as well. But the car depreciates - the land goes up. I don't remember what this sold for, but it was at least half of what its worth today. Bottomline - buy it and it will grow up in value. then you'll be rich - and you've had a place to live and love all that time.

@@BradSimmons i wouldn’t enjoy having tons of houses built while trying to entertain, much less have more neighbors. As you stated, it is the yard with view that is selling the home, along with houses are not sitting three ft. apart from each other.

@@terrifiorelli9819 - the backyard is the selling point, to control the backfield, you need to on it. 40 yrs from now if it were to be built on (it is way off of any road), here is a 25' backline setback in that county. Not something to worry about.

@Kristian_Hudson - we've LOVED our Miele for 25 yrs - then just bought another (the switch went out, so we gave it to our maid. Her hubs hot wired it. 😀 I had no idea about the German thing! Cindy is German - her Mom had a thick accent. No wonder it worked hard for 25 yrs - too stubborn to quit!!! hahahaha -- I love this, thank you for sharing that intel. Now I need an ice cold Gewurtztraminer! (which we make home made).

@ministergstanford - you would be shocked at how many people ask - and complain if it doesn't have appliances or I skip them. it is something that can easily be changed, but it important to some folks, so I show them.
