I noticed one thing: Daram's eyes aren't dark like her mother's, but pink. I don't think she inherited this from her father, because Pocopoco, the girl from the first episode has pink eyes too. It has something to do with those experiments and maybe Underfity arranges car accident to gain control over Daram.
In the video Ramdaram posted 4 weeks ago, Shu tells us directly that Darams eyes are because she did experiments on her. So this is not some sort of new theory, it is already confirmed.

Daram was left orphaned and I think around this time the laboratory was destroyed and abandoned, orphaning Sue.

Ponytail girl felt inferior towards glasses girl because glasses girl got married and lived a happy married life. Ponytail girl felt sad and betrayed and eventually gave up and drowned herself into her work. For some reason the boss wanted ponytail girl to kill glasses girl or something because the company/laboratorium was spying on her. Ponytail girl caused the crash somehow. Idk what the red test-tube with babies represents or it overflowing,maybe and unfulfilled wish because she couldn't be with glasses girl. I think ponytail girl killed glasses girl and maybe kidnapped the pink haired girl after eventually but idk.
i believe this was their mother's backstory, since there's a scene where those two girls is with a child, Daram (glasses) mom who was name "Luz" maybe broke a promise with the boss?
