My personal theory is that this reveals that the trio were on the run ever since they eacaped the lab, and the Lamp Lady wanted these 3 back for some reason. Why she didn't go for PocoPoco's group since they're more powerful is up to debate, but its probably due to the fact that it would be too hard to contain them. This also explains why Sue is constantly on their ass. Shes possibly (and from what I can infer from the Wanted video, reluctantly) working for the Lamp Lady. This is also just speculation, but at the end of LoveCity(Red) It might not have even been the police that found em. It could've possibly been the people from the lab. Again, why they need Daram and the trio is up for debate, but I do think it had something to do with the time machine.

I can't figure this character out at all, LOL. It looks like Sword Lady is trying to stop Daram and Friends from finding Sue and the Time Machine. With each new episode I am really hoping we get some background information on Sword Lady and her motives and real name, too. Every new Underfity episode adds to the lore and mystery. I can't wait to see what happens next.
i find it interesting that this mysterious lady’s hair seems similiar to sues. perhaps shes related or even a clone who looks different, like how pocopoco looks like daram? i love the wonderful aesthetic of this video! keep up the great work!

She feels like a counterpart, design is less childish, hair is dark instead of light etc.
