If you use the airsoft pistol, yes, the trigger mechanism still works and clicks, but because the muzzle is covered with the nozzle, it cannot fire projectiles.

They do sell it since I just checked the link. But you can buy it else where. Amazon might’ve changed their policies in shipping airfsoft/bb/pellet firearms in certain areas to residents in certain areas. Also certain jurisdictions have laws in shipping airsoft/bb/pellet firearms to your house. Even if it’s stupid to make laws & polices regarding if airsoft/bb/pellet firearms being shipped to your home though.

@@billylewis9975 I built an R2 unit a few years back, using styrene sheet, 3D printed parts, and electronics controlled by an Arduino Mega. R2 is controlled with a PS3 Move controller via Bluetooth. I setup a green screen in my living room and put R2 in front of it. I then shot some video with my iPhone sitting on a tripod. Basically, R2 is in front of a green screen, with lights blinking and head turning sporadically. I never move him. I had to use Apple Motion 5 to do some of the motion and masking stuff in the R2 scenes. I plop the green screen video in Motion or FCPx and then add a keyer filter which takes out all of the green. Then I use keyframes in Motion or FCPx to move him along the X axis (left/right). Hope that helps :) Thank you for watching.
