Great review Eric. I agree that glossy bikes look a lot better as well. I looked on their website but didn't see the seat yet. With the seat, I think this would be a perfect bike for my sister and her kids. As another comment said, I do think the price is SLIGHTLY too high, so I think I'll hold off a bit and hopefully catch some kind of sale.
My wife just ordered this bike. I'm excited to check it out, but a bit bummed about the weight limits. The salesperson really talked up the 500+ weight limit of the bike, then we found out later that it is really only for heavy riders, not heavy cargo.
My brother in law actually has their Troxus Lynx regular version. He uses it to commute to work and it's been about 2 years now. Not sure if he's had any issues but he's always on it so I'd assume not. This one looks good as well but it does seem a little overpriced though.. shouldve been about 1500-1700
Actually, they have four. Lynx, Lynx Foldable, Lynx Plus and Lynx Cargo. I'm waiting (impatiently!) for my Lynx Plus to arrive and be assembled at the bike shop. It has the same upgrades as the Cargo but a shorter wheelbase and lower weight capacity (400 pounds I believe). I've not looked in the Foldable as I wasn't interested in that type of bike. But I did test ride the older Lynx without the new bells and whistles and it seemed like a really solid bike. It actually convinced me to go ahead and order the Plus.
Well.. Its not illegal per se, but above 20 on throttle is still a grey area that may or may not get you in trouble depending how the cop feels. None the less, I still prefer to have the option there

They told me the seat would be on sale within the month, so it should be on there soon.

Yep. I was deciding for quite a while but ultimately went with the black since I already have another bike in a similar orange color.

A shame that their throttle is still capped at 20mph.
