There are so many things that can cause them errors. I would start at encoder strip cleaning / replacement. Encoder sensor, inspect bearings for resistance. Gladly help you troubleshoot it
Hi there .. my head is jamming unpredictably without touching anything and i get the motor error .. i cleaned the encoder but nothing.. did the linear check and it ok . i did a motor ageing and it jamms and fails after going 5 times 5 back and forth.
My sp540v it only prints from one head I replaced new heads I also replaced the print heads board still the same when I switched the print head cables the side didn’t print started working and the side was printing stopped working any suggestions?
When you say new heads, you mean brand new heads correct (not 200.00 alibaba or amazon heads which are not new and cause this type of issue) in my opinion the head that originally didn't work has a short in it and it caused the fuse and or transistor on mainboard blow. I have a video on how to check transistors. Unfortunately, these heads are super sensitive and can be shorted out very easily. Even brand new heads.

I've tried getting into service menu with no luck. This has been going on for about 8 months. It also threw up service code 080. Could it be scan motor?
In order to keep the machine as a vinyl cutter, it needs to think it has ink. Probably best to part machine out and buy a vinyl cutter. The aftermarket bulk cartridges have no way of telling machine the ink is low. Might get you a set of those.

I'm thinking you may be referring to a 0110 error code, and It's a problem reading the encoder scale, either from a dirty encoder scale, a damaged encoder scale, or a dirty or damaged encoder reader

Definitely sounds like it could be the motor. Try cleaning the rail and applying few drops of 3 in 1 oil

Also, the ink carriage is vital for setup. You can not remove it or its components. If it were me, I would part it out and buy a vinyl cutter

I’m getting a 0010 error when a sheet is done printing and it try to automatically sheet cut but gives me scan motor error 0010
Have you tried changing blade? Sometimes dull blades can cause this

I take the battery out and it still goes into the cleaning mode and i can't get into the service mode!! So frustrated I want to beat it with a hammer
