I got to the page 10 and was able to do the 1 at the end and enter, but when trying to access the service mode menu after that i keep getting the same message you got the first time you tried "service mode is protected" ive tried it several times but get to open, any suggestions?

If your machine has been updated to tr2, then you likely need to update firmware to access service mode. If you haven't upgraded to TR2, then it's the normal way
I have the latest Firmware Version 5.1 and the system switch keys not working, I have tried it several times. I bought this machine used with the hope of getting into service mode

On page 10 and saved . Still there when check again . But still service mode locked
