We talk about Alpha or Alpha M: how to sell anything. The sales pitch not only applies to selling. Whether you like it or not, you are selling yourself all the time. Job interviews, dates, meeting with potential friends, people have to decide whether to invest their time and energy in you or not which is why it can be incredibly helpful to study sales not just for those occasions where to actually have a product to sell but for all the other times when the product is actually you. And that's why in this video, we are looking at Alpha M. who is probably the single best salesman that I have seen on CZcams. And apparently, his numbers bear that out.
Whereas other channels struggle to integrate sponsors in a way that doesn't get pushed back and hate from their audience, Aaron has a promotion in almost all of his videos and his audience seems to love it, they meme about it and they buy in droves. So today, we are going to look at what you can learn from Alpha about selling especially when you're selling yourself as we so often have to like in a date or an interview scenario. And keep in mind this is not the only way to effectively sell; it's just some of the things that Aaron does really effectively.
1:06 Build rapport
2:54 After building rapport, you can now give recommendations
4:42 Demonstrate the result and the product
5:57 You're really selling yourself and the product is just a part of it
8:00 Be congruent with what you're saying

This is amazing... thank you SO MUCH Charlie! I can't tell you how much I appreciate this.
ALPHA!!!
The man the myth the legend
the genius
I LOVE THIS SO MUCH. LOVE BOTH YOUR CHANNELS 💖💖 GO ALPHA
i put something on my something and now it's a something else
1. Build rapport (compliments, jokes, relatable stories) -> "I like you" & "I am like you"
2. Talk about the results people want to get with the product (confidence, status, problems solved) -> "People don't buy drills, they buy holes"
3. Demonstrate the product or show the results (demos, videos, using it yourself) -> "Build trust, because uncertainty is often what prevents people from buying"
4. Emotions are contagious, so people buy your emotional state (certainty, enthusiasm, confidence)-> "People don't buy the product, they buy you"
5. If you feel like you are selling a product / yourself and you can't be enthusiastic about: Improve the product or move on / Improve yourself and reflect about the things that you have going for you.
''You're really selling yourself and the product is just part of it'', and ''you're selling yourself all the time''
this is freaking key. People are emotional creatures, we're buying emotions, not things.
Thank ya Charlie
Which is why people like me with social anxiety, lose in everything.
Ed R. I like being a prostitute
Don Draper...
I had a classmate give a presentation once.
He had ugly glasses, crooked neck, pronounced Adam's apple, girly voice, red curly hair and even had a very un-nice nickname. And, despite all that, he had so much confidence, so much charisma and presented so well that afterwards everyone was clapping for him.
Just goes to show, if you own what you have, nobody can get to you.
I think you missed one crucial point. As someone that has been watching Aaron's videos everyday for the past 3 years I think what makes me trust him the most is that he's not afraid to open up and be vulnerable.
Even though Aaron is the best example of someone who is insanely confident he still isn't afraid to talk about his past mistakes, insecurities, and even cry when he feels sad or emotional. When someone is willing to open up it makes us all trust them more than if they were just pretending to have it all figured out.
Thanks Charlie!
Mohammed Abdulmohsen Was waiting for that too. Especially in that recent vid where he talked about his mother and cried

Learned a lot from Alpha M. Would be awesome to see you guys do breakdowns of more people from the CZcams-niverse :) There's a LOT I can take from this and apply to my own channel. Thanks dudes!
I think there is alot we can all apply in life in general, that is what i have learned from the Charisma dudes :)
Epic Gardening! Love your channel!
Alpha M. on Charlie's channel!?
*I'm SO watching this*
This is an amazing breakdown of Alpha M's selling method. He really does it so naturally, it's hard to realize how he makes a sales pitch with such emotional effectiveness, so that's pretty awesome. This is great for anyone who wants to earn more money through CZcams with affiliate marketing. If there's something like a product that you know will benefit your audience, show it in a video that relates and be passionate about it! Alpha M is a master of this so HUGE PROPS for him!
The frequency of his ads and the way every product is "the best thing he's ever tried" completely undermines his credibility for me
I agree,in the last 6 months literarly every video is an add for "the new best thing ever" and he makes videos arround ads,not the other way round
Idk tho, he rarely ever has crossovers in products tho, like if he says it’s the best thing ever, he doesn’t come in a week or month or 6 months later saying a different product is the best ever of the same type(so different watches or ya know) so I feel like that’s just something you made up in your mind with no real basis for
@@markvickery5894 totally agree with you Mark. being critical of critical comments is important.
Plus Shark Tank passed on his products. Proving that selling himself wasn't good enough, he failed to sell the product. He's got that high-pressure con-artist vibe.
Well, almost always you'll need a liar to get a "good" salesperson.

I'm getting better at selling. I did an email marking sales course and it's funny, all of the sales techniques seemed to translate to the rest of life. I haven't begun to utilize it yet but I came to realize that we are always trying to sell something, it's just not always material or monetary.
We try to sell ideas for instance, we want to get people on our side.
Man, I just realized that Aaron's videos are magnetizing even when they're muted. What a presence!

Honestly Charile, Your channel is only one that I like among the other personal development channels. Maybe just because you never force any product into your video unlike other channels, also I always get from the video what i came for (you use very little clickbait.)
keep it up please.
~ Thanks for the kind words! Glad you're liking the channel. :-)
I truly appriciate you lifting up (almost promoting) a direct competitor. It really makes you feel genuine. Keep it up! I love what you're doing.
Didn't watch Alpha's videos in a long time, and I always skip the parts where he's promoting but I still admire him a lot!
Thanks for the video too, I have an interest in sales recently so I clicked on it instantly haha, great job !

Two of my favourite channels reunited in a video! Awesome :p
Charlie! Your videos have helped me so much with making connections with people! I’m at a course right now that’s going to help me further my business and I’ve already befriended both people in charge within the first day! Everyone in the class talks to me and the boss pays more attention to me! I made sure to have open, confident body language, I was displaying giver traits and making other people feel good about themselves and it worked!
He's really amazing, I admire the man. If I lived in the US I would probably buy a lot of the products he advertises on his videos. The thing is that he humble and easy to connect with, I followed his channel mostly because I have a lof of watching them. He's not rubbing in your face that he's succesful and the best man ever, the way he does it feels a lot like talking to a friend.
Persuasion is The Most Important Skill You Should Master.

Your ability to brake scenarios down is second to none. You remind me of me, a classic "nice guy" that worked hella hard to get true results and confidence. Love your info and I'm looking forward to more. Thank you so much!
Great video. I am getting into sales and this video opened the door to the possibility that I can be much better in sales than I thought I could be. I was starting to believe you are either born a salesperson or you are not. Nah, it's a skill that can be developed and there are many tools that can help like this one if one puts the work into it. Greatly appreciated.
tiege hanley?
Both you and Alpha M have amazing channels, great collaboration! Who else agrees?
Knowledge Headquarters totally agree
charlie, unlike a lot of other charisma-type channels that gives you a SNIPBIT of the actual info, and sells for 60% of the video..you actually lay out ALL the information that you want us to get out of the video PERFECTLY.
I think that for people that want to buy the module, they would actually get some quality information out of it. I like how your videos don't just merely try to sell sell sell. When you say "check out the videos below"...they're not just ways to sell us more stuff, but actually RELEVANT videos that is an extension of this current one that would genuinely help people who are curious to know more!
I think your amazing and so is your channel :)!
~ Thanks so much :-)
I absolutely love this channel! I binge-watched all the videos over just one weekend and I noticed so much stuff about other people that I work with (and myself) and how consistently their relationships develop-independently of their skills. It is shocking how someone with charismatic and persuasive approach can win customers so much faster than a much more skilled person, who just doesn`t approach them right or pushes them, rather than leads...
Keep up the great work, will for sure subscribe and watch more of your exciting content.
A breakdown of Steven Crowder and his show "Change my Mind" would be interesting.

Thanks for the advice because I find him completely annoying.
Charlie has sure won me over on this CZcams channel. I don't normally binge watch anything on CZcams but you can tell Charlie practices what he preaches with Charisma on Command. We are all hooked now on learning to improve our lives. Thank you 🙂

What I find interesting is that if you watch older alpha m. videos and then newer ones you'll realise he wasn't just magically good at this - he stepped up his game ,he learned ,improved and gradually became what Charlie describes.
Love how charlie uses "so heres the deal" when promoting his site only coz thats the phrase alpha m uses all the time 😆

Wow. This is amazing. I've always been a fan of Aaron but I just couldn't figure out why. Watching this video makes me appreciate his content and him as a person even more.
Great work Charlie. With the quality take aways your videos provide you've earned the right to shout loud about your products.
Don't go overboard with the self-love, guys. As a woman, I'm constantly interacting with guys who think they're the best thing on earth and I suspect that a lot of that over-confidence is just them trying to psyche themselves up. Confidence is great but it has to be backed up by substance, and your emotions should come from a place of sincerety and respect, both for yourself and for the other person. Don't overdo confidence to the point of arrogance and narcissism, which is a big turn off.
acer.b I get what your saying, confidence dipped in humility. Makes them genuine.
That's not confidence, that's insecure over compensating.
See this is why dating is so fucked up. Women want men to be confident...but not over-confident. They want men to perfect dressers, but for some reason those guys wearing pants on their knees are getting tail. They want them to be doating...but not stifling. They want to be good looking or not good looking...it doesn't matter if they are rich or not rich...They want someone to listen to them (but when we offer them advice...they don't take it). You correct them, and then they get offended, and take it personally. They want someone who is dominating, but not too dominating. To return their calls, but no right away. Don't want to be needed. If women don't even know what they want when it comes to men, how do we know what they want? its not even a relationship, as men try to seek a continous state of approval 24/7.

Very well done advertisement for CoC and video breakdown. Bravo! I like the pacing, and how each slide quickly and briefly reflected what you are talking about (and since it's video I can go back and pause) and what we would be getting out of it. I especially love the context of doing it on the tail of a video about selling so we learn how sales pitches work, and then we can see it in action - everyone is on the same page so it feels better.
And thank you for breaking down Alpha M's sales pitches. I agree, that it's possible to sell yourself and that's a learned skill, infact it may be one of the most noticeable applications of charisma outside of being a group leader or having a magnetic personality.
~ Glad you're digging it Sudain!

Alpha M promised that my life will be better after using Tiege Hanley, but how can I improve my life if I don’t happen to have one 😅
Dude, that video was just PERFECT. You made me understand so many things that were unclear. Amazing
he also is always smiling. seriously, its like a switch that never got turned off, but i see him and i cant help but smile too.
Very interesting, but he talks too loud for me to ever enjoy his videos, and it also makes me feel like he's being over enthusiastic which makes me doubt his genuineness and would completely deter me from buying from him. He's only ever using superlatives and that doesn't come across as honest (even though he might be).

I don’t feel like this at all. Anyways, one can’t please everybody.
Same, I find CoC more on point than AlphaM to me, No offence but AlphaM Sounds like A whole bucket of BS to me. Then again all salesman Sounds like a talking BS to me. I only buy what I want/need and every salesman only annoys me and never close a deal on me unless its the items I gonna buy anyway(even without that salesman there).
I feel the same. This man doesn't come across as authentic at all, and his constant high pitched speaking is grating to me.
I see passion when he talks he has a genuine smile and sounds very passionate in my opinion which gives me good vibes and makes me keep coming back

This as many other videos i have been watching on this channel are truly amazing, i really love the way you explain topics so simply yet you manage to make it a full piece of knowledge. I'm starting to grow and i feel very motivated about it and I would like to know if you're interested in making a video about the language of clothing and the psychology of color and colorimetry. I've heard it doesn't matter to you personally and i respect that opinion, but don't you think it would be an interesting topic for the channel since is part of non-verbal communication and communicational techniques? Creativity can be the price for leaving the comfort zone if you're willing to take it to the next level!
Charlie, Alpha, brothers, your time is gold! Thank you thank you THANK YOU

The man I watch to improve my mental and social character
Dissects the man I watch to improve my visual and hygienic character.
Hellll yeaaaaaa
I personally do not like the implication of having to "sell" myself to people, as if I should do any of my actions or moral duties for the sake of exchanging something in return. Like I get this video is about persuasion and it is a necessary skill to have in life in order to make peace and love with any relationship, but I view myself as a product is kind of removing my inherent value as a human being, that being everyone and I deserve to have dignity, life, and agency. These are all things a product does not have as a product is used to serve a service. And let us remember that not all human beings can be like that, especially if maybe they have mental or physical ailments. Certainly, you Charlie, who has studied philosophy, see how this presents an ethical problem here.
This is why I fail at life
You're just being too cynical. You are a product. You're the product of your childhood, your friends and family's influence, and your moral structure. That doesn't make you less of a human or an individual, I'd argue it's more so. And it's not like in every interaction with people you're trying to manipulate them. You're just putting your best foot forward and showing your value.
NOPE. Quite the opposite. Viewing yourself as a product INCREASES your inherent value as a human being and INCREASES your ability to have what you deserve in dignity, life, and agency.
i thought the same way as you for a long time and it wasn't healthy, I couldnt be happy
coming to terms that life isn't about being "real" all the time changed me for the better
it's still kinda sad in a way, but that's just how life is. I am just deluding myself otherwise
Hey, you should read ‘How to win friends and influence people’ written by the legendary Dale Carniege!

Hello,
I love your videos and always have and they are very helpful for me to cope in everyday life. I was wondering if you could make a video on the topic of suppressing negative thoughts and being so negative on aspects of life in general (Not necessarily depression). Thanks again!! Keep being awesome.
This is the most interesting, well thought out channel. Thank you for putting these together.
Someone commented that "a date is not a sale". But YES, dates ARE selling yourself. Here's why:
Most dates include some conversation, right? During that conversation, both people are trying to "sell" themselves by talking about their interests, possessions, experiences, or talents. If each of us was a product, those things would be our product "features".
Our personality is also one of our "features", but it's also one of our most important "benefits", because people want to be around someone with a personality they really like. Your personality is a benefit to them because it makes them feel happier or smarter or calmer, etc. So showing your real personality on a date is important! As COC says, most people can tell when someone is being genuine, or fake.
What most people usually DON'T talk about on a first or second date---or maybe never at all---is how our "features" would benefit the other person. Most of us think talking about "benefits" would be too strange or desperate for a first or second or even third date, right? So instead, most of us rely on our "features" (interests, talents, experiences, possessions, and most importantly personality) and hope that the other person likes those enough to go on more dates, even if they don't see any "benefit" to them.
But we CAN also promote our personality as a "benefit" without seeming weird or desperate. You can invite your date to your favorite place or event or activity you like, and convince them that they'll have a great time with you, even if they aren't so enthusiastic about the idea of doing it. If you're already coming across as a genuinely funny or interesting person on this date, then "selling" your "benefit" of being funny or interesting or adventurous is not a hard sell. COC has talked about how to do this in other videos.
