One of my favorite lore bits was in the codex where two chaos marines boast while killing a few rust stalkers but then die in a matter of seconds once the frequency was found

The resonance weapons, and infiltrators sensory distortion adaptations are some nice examples of the finesse the Mechanicus can achieve with their creations.

Sicarian Ruststalkers and Infiltrators are assassin units? No wonder how they fast and strong. They look like machine, are they part of necrons units?

They are not associated with the Necrons. They are part of skitarii units of the adeptus mechanicus. They just look more robotic because they had 50% or more of their bodies replaced with machine parts.
