The Slash Collection J-45 Standards are the first Gibson acoustic guitars to bear the guitarist’s moniker. Each J-45 Standard features a custom Slash rounded C-neck profile, a 16-inch fingerboard radius and an LR Baggs VTC pickup system for amplifying the guitar’s natural acoustic sound.
The Slash Collection J-45 Standards will likewise feature Slash’s ‘Scully’ signature on the back of the headstock and will come with four Slash Jim Dunlop Tortex picks. Two finishing options are available for the Slash-inspired J-45 Standards: November Burst and Vermillion Burst.

I prefer my Ben Gibbard J45. It’s just having a regular J45 when you’re not married to Zooey Deschanel.

@@elvis_chen I want one. Its the only guitar I can afford that doesn't have a damned low profile neck on it!

Great guitar player , guitar sounds a bit metallic when he hit it hard ,perhaps a heavy pic is being used ,or change strings, but Gibson ...come on is this rock and roll or corporate bull.....guy playing a slash guitar in a shirt and jacket.......who are Gibson Trying to sell this to,

Scully, frikkin as laughable as Play Authentic.
Jokes aside, once you play the vintage model of this thing, you’ll never be able to touch a standard again.
So our definitely depends on the Timber’s they are using on this one.

I have always loved Gibsons acoustic guitars but this one is pure corporate money grubbing bullshit! Gibson don't need to build "endorsement guitars" and the J45 has been on the assembly line since 1942! Signature guitars are always more expensive and never worth buying and they aren't any better than the regular production run guitars! Keep away from these "hero" guitars as their higher price is never worth it!
