This model is a reference to the Gibson instruments used by Slash, which have inspired many generations of guitarists around the world. The Gibson Slash collection of guitars can be seen today live during Slash's performances.
Each guitar in the Slash collection features a mix of traditional setups and modern features, including a custom C-neck rounded profile, a flatter and more modern 16-inch fingerboard radius, and a versatile custom LR Baggs ™ VTC pickup for natural acoustics and sound.
Slash J-45 Standard are available in November Burst finishes and in limited edition Vermillion Burst.

lol just buy a normal J-45, why wreck an artist collection?

Not wrecking anything it comes with a plain truss rod cover if the buyer doesn't want the Slash signature on it. Has a fatter neck, flatter radius, and tweaked pickup, it's not a standard J45.
