1969 model year saw the launch of the Sports Satellite 4dr. One thing about this car was when it came to fleet sales back then this & the Belvedere was very much amongst the front runners. With promoting it to police departments they snapped them up with Plymouth effectively not having to bother with publicity.
I have a 1968 Plymouth and 1970 Dodge 4 door that will be restored. These cars should no longer be sacrificed to fix two doors, you can get all of the sheet metal new.
I had a 69 Plymouth Satellite during my senior year in High School. Outstanding vehicle and I wish I would have kept it.
Beautiful car, definitely one that looks better with 4 doors than with 2

My dad own the car new in 69. Gave it to me in 78. Drove it to and from work until 1985. His was fire blue..
