craft holsters optic cut shoulder holster has zero firearm retention.

just received this holster from craft holsters a few days ago. I ve been using it on and off since it arrived. the materials and craftsmanship are pretty superb except for, what is arguably the most important aspect of the holster, it's retention. the button strap does absolutely nothing except prevents the firearm from rolling forward through the partial "clamshell" opening where the trigger is housed. I'm currently in communication with customer service. I don't know what they can really do about this, as it's a pretty big design flaw. I hadn't realized until after I purchased and received the holster, but a few others had left comments with identical issues.
